Es ist lecker aber wir haben nun schon öfter bestellt um IMMER werden Artikel vergessen mit in die tüte zu packen. Peinlich kann man das nicht einfach mal am Ende mit dem Kassenbeleg abgleichen. Kann doch nicht so schwer sein

Das Essen und das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis sind sehr gut. Wenn es mal länger dauern sollte wird dies auch im Vorfeld angekündigt. Besonders zu empfehlen ist der Shawarmateller.

Man schmeckt die Liebe und die hohe Qualität in jedem Bissen. Auch der Service war absolut erstklassig: aufmerksam, freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. ​Besonders begeistert hat uns zudem die wunderbare orientalische Atmosphäre, die Ihren Gästen ein echtes Gefühl von Gastfreundschaft und Wohlbehagen vermittelt. Es war ein rundum gelungenes Erlebnis, das wir so schnell nicht vergessen werden. ​Vielen Dank für Ihre großartige Arbeit. Wir kommen definitiv sehr bald wieder!

Ich war gestern im Yum Yum Restaurant essen und habe seit heute früh massive Beschwerden. Seit etwa sechs Uhr morgens musste ich mich bis jetzt ungefähr 15-mal übergeben und musste sogar in die Notaufnahme. Für mich besteht ein klarer Zusammenhang mit dem Essen dort, da die Symptome kurz danach begonnen haben. Die Erfahrung war sehr unangenehm und besorgniserregend. Ich würde dem Restaurant dringend empfehlen, die Hygiene und Lebensmittelqualität zu überprüfen. Für mich war das eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung.

Das Essen war sehr lecker hier. Schwarzen Tee da kommt man umsonst zum Essen.

Ich habe am Freitagabend vor meiner Schicht ein Hähnchengericht bei euch bestellt. Am nächsten Tag (während meiner Nachtschicht) bekam ich heftige Magenschmerzen und eine Lebensmittelvergiftung. Als ich den Vorfall gemeldet habe, wurde mir nur respektlos geantwortet: 'Ist das wirklich passiert?'. Das ist eine bodenlose Frechheit. Ich werde nie wieder kommen und kann diesen Laden absolut nicht empfehlen. Hygiene und Kundenservice scheinen hier Fremdwörter zu sein.

meinen lieben Nachbarn, zeigten mir dieses Restaurant und ich bin begeistert. Orientalische Gerichte authentisch zubereitet und mehr als nur einfaches Essen. In Regensburg mein neuer Geheimtipp. ( sonst bin ich immer dafür nach München gefahren:) )

Wir haben unsere Bestellung bereits von zu Hause aus aufgegeben. Zum Zeitpunkt der Bestellung waren es noch etwa 1,5 Stunden bis zum Iftar. Als wir im Restaurant ankamen, waren es noch ungefähr 50 Minuten bis zum Iftar. Trotzdem mussten wir weitere 45 Minuten warten, obwohl wir vorher bestellt hatten und pünktlich vor Ort waren. Nachdem wir das Essen endlich bekommen hatten, mussten wir sogar noch warten, um bezahlen zu dürfen, da das Personal sich anderen Gästen widmete. Zusätzlich machte das Restaurant keinen besonders sauberen oder gepflegten Eindruck, was bei uns kein gutes Gefühl hinterlassen hat. Insgesamt sind wir sehr enttäuscht vom Service. Unter diesen Umständen werden wir dort definitiv nicht noch einmal bestellen und können es leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Immer heißes und leckeres Essen. Sauberkeit und Kundenservice.

Die Gebäckstücke waren perfekt, sehr lecker, bis auf die Muhammara-Füllung, die mit etwas mehr Sorgfalt hätte besser sein können. Der Teig war sehr schmackhaft, und das Beste ist, dass neue Tische aufgestellt wurden, sodass man nun auch im Restaurant sitzen kann.

So lieblos und schlecht , das grenzt an Körperverletzung…. Syrische Küche hat , theoretisch, so viel mehr zu bieten als dieses „Restaurant“ bzw. Imbiss zeigt . Das Fleisch ist trocken, die Saucen nichts sagend, die Tomaten lätschig ubd alles andere als frisch , salt welk und schmierig .

Das Essen war köstlich und wurde sofort dampfend heiß serviert. Es war ruhig. ✨️✨🩷

Leider war es eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung. Ich war am Sonntag dort und habe gegrilltes Hähnchen bestellt. Das Hähnchen war völlig geschmacklos und ungewürzt, keiner der Angestellten trug Handschuhe, und der Service war mangelhaft.

Das war das schlimmste Essenserlebnis in Regensburg. Das Essen war verbrannt und geschmacklos, und der Service war unterirdisch.

Sehr schmutzig und unhygenisch. Ich bin auf dem Boden gerutscht, weil er so ölige war. Die Pommes waren steinhart. Sehr sehr enttäuschend. Ich gehe nie wieder dorthin!

Yumyum macht das beste Essen in Regensburg

Hatten Shawarma Dürüm, Falafel Dürüm & Pommes, alles war sehr lecker. Restaurant könnte sauberer sein, aber ist insgesamt empfehlenswert.

Das Essen war köstlich und die Präsentation hervorragend 👌 Der Service war schnell und die Mitarbeiter freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein rundum gelungenes Erlebnis, das ich jedem wärmstens empfehlen kann 👏

Der arabische Teller Shawarma und Pommes war leider viel zu salzig. Ich konnte das Essen kaum genießen und musste es größtenteils stehen lassen. Vielleicht wäre es gut, die Salzmenge etwas anzupassen oder zumindest ein Glas Wasser dazuzuservieren. So war es leider enttäuschend!

Wäre auch null Stern möglich hätte ich es so bewertet kann nicht sein über 30 Minuten warte zeit und personal nicht sprechbar und das essen hat so schlecht geschmeckt und Sauberkeit ist null nie weder

Es ist furchtbar, ich kann es nicht empfehlen. Der Service ist unterirdisch. Selbst kostenlos würde ich da nicht hingehen. (Leckt mich!)

I don't know about other food, but they have the worst kebab in the world. Soggy bread, just seared beforehand to get it warm. The rotisserie was barely lit, the meat barely had any color. The meat had been sitting around for a while and when I ordered my kebab, it was seared (!) to warm it up. Before I was asked what I wanted on the kebab, they simply smeared some kind of sauce on it. What was called tzatziki tasted like a mix of aioli and salad dressing, but definitely from a bucket. There's hardly any choice. Just the sauce I mentioned. The kebab tasted lousy and had little to do with a kebab. If you want a kebab, go somewhere else. I can't comment on the other stuff. The place looks greasy, though.

Yesterday I went to order shawarma. The meat was crunchy and very salty, and the sandwich was burnt by an old man working there. He was the one who burned it. I was disappointed with the last time we went to the restaurant.

It's not really visually appealing, but the people are super nice and the food is consistently delicious.

I was truly shocked by my visit to this restaurant. As soon as the food was served, I discovered hair in it, which is absolutely unacceptable. The meat wasn't cooked all the way through, looked like pre-fed meat, and was neither tasty nor seasoned in any way. The hygiene was also abysmal: The tables were covered in crumbs, visibly dirty, and no one made any effort to clean them. I was simply disgusted. Under these circumstances, I would have preferred to eat somewhere else. Overall, a disappointing experience that I definitely cannot recommend. Anyone who values cleanliness and quality should avoid this place.

The last experience was a week ago. After the expansion, the place became better. I had an Arabic shawarma plate. The plate was good, rich, not poor in quantity. Potatoes and pickles. 👍👍

The treatment and service are very bad. We waited an hour for our order, then the order was given to a friend and he didn't apologize. I would not recommend it at all.

I got a shawarma plate there. It was prepared quickly and tasted really good! For the price (€9), you definitely can't complain :)

I can't recommend this restaurant more as I ordered fried broasted chicken and it wasn't cooked well. The chicken was bloody and just not cooked well. It's a shame to experience something like that in Regensburg.

I ordered a larger quantity of Manakish, so I had to order a day in advance. The next day everything was perfectly prepared and ready on time. The service was reliable and the manakish were fantastic as always - they immediately remind me of the flavors of Syria. Absolutely recommended!

If you really want the Syrian taste of “Fatayer”, you’ve come to the right place. What I would definitely recommend to you are the Mohamarah with cheese🧀 and Toshka. Don’t forget the free tea too ☕️🙏🏼
