Very bad service and disgusting food. Never again! First time and last time Never Never again!

Haven't ordered in a while, but something has changed, the dough is dry and boring, Pizza Frutti di mare consists mainly of tuna and a few mussels...

Unfortunately, the information “pre-order” was not received when ordering online. In general, the ordering system caused total problems, only accepted landline numbers and no cell phone numbers and I was allowed to enter everything twice. So the poor delivery man stood in front of the locked door and then came back 2 hours later with the old pizzas that had been kept warm. My son spat them out with the word “disgusting.” But maybe these fresh could actually be good. For the full price and basically correct orders (we ordered in pairs so that everything was correct and I work in e-commerce) I got old and not good pizzas for the normal price. So we will never order there again, even though we are now moving to the area. So financially it wasn't worth it at all for Smileys, but that's how everyone learns.

Every now and then we order the pasta lunch menu for the office. You get a good portion of pasta that also tastes delicious!

Absolutely bad. Ordered through Wolt 3 times and the delivery was always refused. Should you just write that you don't want any customers or money!🙄

wow, the pizza is so good and crispy and the cheese burger and chicken burger are so delicious. I've tried these burgers at so many places but the beef is so juicy and tasty and the price is so cheap and the quality was great. Please go there and try the best pizza in Munich. The owner was also friendly she treated me and my son so kindly

The pizzas were definitely reheated, but they got cold very quickly, the crust was extremely hard, and the taste wasn't fresh. It's a shame that the quality standards have dropped so much. The delivery service was very friendly. We won't order again, as the quality was worse than a pizza from the supermarket.
