Review 2024: We've been ordering from Smiley's for years, and generally, it's always been good. The delivery time is consistently good (often 30 minutes, max. 1 hour). Recently, we've been a bit bothered by the additional delivery fee of €1.20, regardless of how much you order. Today, unfortunately, nothing was right. Two different chicken dishes (chicken wings and breaded chicken fingers) were packed into one bowl. This made the breading on the fingers soggy, and the two dishes were for two people. The wings were still very light and not crispy at all. Instead of the accompanying barbecue sauces, which were also listed on the receipt, we were served two cranberry dips. We pointed out both to the driver. Instead of an apology or an offer to deliver a second order, he simply said, "The boss did it wrong..." August 2025: After a few more orders today, the scandal: After 1.5 hours, we called to ask where our food was. In a most unfriendly tone, we were told that a street was closed and it would take a while. Shortly afterward, the driver came and said: "The boss called you to say that the Camembert donuts weren't available, so I brought a cookie and a bottle of Coke instead." But no one ever called us, and we still had to pay for the Camembert donuts we originally ordered. When my wife told the driver that this wasn't possible, the driver said he was just the delivery person and it was none of his business. We should call the boss. My wife then asked the driver to please call and clarify the matter, as she didn't want to be insulted by the unfriendly man again. He refused and again pointed out that this was not his business, but ours. I ended the conversation because I didn't see any point in it anymore. Then we wanted to eat the rest of the food we had ordered. Unfortunately, the pizza, the pizza sticks, and the garlic sticks were lukewarm to cold. Only the wrap we ordered was hot. This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable; after many years of smileys, that's it.

Unfortunately, the "pre-order" information didn't arrive when ordering online. The ordering system was generally a total mess, only accepting landline numbers and not cell phones, and I had to enter everything twice. So the poor delivery man stood in front of a locked door and then came back two hours later with the old, warmed-up pizzas. My son spat them out, exclaiming "disgusting." But maybe they could actually be good fresh. For full price and basically correct orders (two of us ordered to make sure everything was right, and I work in e-commerce), I got old, not-so-good pizzas for the regular price. So we will never order from there again, even though we're moving to the area. Financially, it was absolutely not worth it for Smileys, but that's how everyone learns.

It's a shame, I made a mistake and ordered in Munich instead of here. I called them immediately, but the delivery would be on its way within 3 minutes. Yes, no, it's clear. I haven't seen anything of the promised 30% refund yet. It was already clear to me during the phone call that nothing was going to happen. 👎👎👎 Unfortunately you have to give stars. Such a rip-off would not have happened with our smileys.

Your pizza is very thin for lunch and pick up. I stayed hungry last time and had to cook makarna. your pizza tastes good but you are stingy with flour and water. 38○cm must have 400gr to 500 gr. How much dough do you make less than 200gr. or how? Lunch menu + self-collection 38 cm skin thin 14-18 €.🤣🤣🤣🤣 I can buy 2½ kebabs for that and then I'll be really full. If you make it a little thicker you don't have to add any extra ingredients.

Are very satisfied with the delivery service as well as the pickup. Pizza simply tastes exceptionally good. We like hot San Antonio and hot Tucson best. Prices are a little higher, but definitely justified.

Very good pizza and the staff is friendly. Though I did not speak German, the pizza chef was patient with me and took my order. The pizza arrived quickly, and I truly enjoyed eating it.

Plentiful pizzas. They all looked great, but they all tasted very sweet. No salt, no pepper, no spices. Was the salt and sugar mixed up and the spices forgotten? Hunger also leaves such hurdles behind

Ich wohne nicht einmal in Deutschland aber Paluten hat gesagt dass es dort super ist

Hatten zwei Pizzen und Pizzabrötchen bestellt. Hat ein bisschen lange (ca. 75 min) gedauert, was aber dem Feiertag (06.01.24) heute geschuldet sein wird. Haben nach 70 Minuten ca. nachgefragt ob alles passt da unsere Hausnummer ein bisschen versteckt ist und der Mann am Telefon war sehr nett und meinte der Lieferant kommt gleich und würde auch noch eine Kleinigkeit extra mitbringen. Ca. 5 Minuten später kam dann auch ein netter Lieferant und hat uns zum Essen noch eine Cola und ein Eis mitgebracht. Sehr nette Geste. Die Pizzen und die Pizzabrötchen mit Dip waren beide suuuper lecker und auch noch schön heiß. Preise sind nicht grade günstig, aber wir zahlen lieber ein bisschen mehr und haben dann auch was leckeres auf dem Tisch liegen :)

Normalerweise bin ich immer sehr zufrieden. Die Pizzen sind immer super lecker. Heute habe ich mal überbackene Pasta bestellt und die Pasta war eindeutig zu kurz im Ofen, der Käse ist kaum geschmolzen. Außerdem habe ich statt Tagliatelle, Penne bekommen. Heute habe ich nochmal bestellt und es wurde die falsche Pizza geliefert. Ist ja kein Problem aber am Telefon war man leider sehr unhöflich, und das obwohl ich fast jede Woche bestelle. Anstatt mir entgegen zukommen bestand der Herr darauf, dass bei ihn eine andere Pizza vorgeschlagen wurde und wollte mir die ganze Zeit ein Foto von meiner Bestellung zeigen.. Dafür bekomme ich "das nächste Mal" ein Dessert

Als ich anrief und nach den Zutaten von "Pasta Joshua Tree" fragte, war der Herr am Telefon überfragt und gab mir den Koch an den Hörer, der meinte: ääh da ist Öl drinnen… Rapsöl (war auch wirklich in Rapsöl getränkt) Ich: und was noch?😂 Koch: Ich muss kurz schauen… kurz darauf zählte er alle Zutaten auf, nur die Vollkorn Fusilli nicht. Ich meinte: Was ist denn mit der Fusilli? Koch meinte: Ich weiß nicht was sie meinen? Ich musste ihm mehrmals erklären das die Pasta fehlte. Er war so freundlich und meinte er bringt sie morgen vorbei😂😂😂 Geiler Typ, geiler Laden, das ganze hat mich zwar 15€ gekostet, das war es keineswegs wert aber die Freakshow die da abgezogen wurde ist auf jeden Fall 5 Sterne wert👌 Bitte macht weiter so… @ Smileys, wo bekommt man eigentlich so kompetente Franchisenehmer her? Ihr seid wirklich nicht zu übertreffen. Was für ne verarsche ist das denn bitte, könnt ihr euch selbst überhaupt noch ernst nehmen???

Schmeckt wirklich lecker 😋 und die kiddy Box liebt mein Sohn da ist immer ein cooles Spielzeug drinnen 😍🙂 kann ich nur empfehlen wenn man mal keinen bock auf kochen hat!

Bedienung okay. Waren nicht super nett auch nicht unhöflich. War auch schon kurz vor 12 daher alles okay. Margarita Pizza geholt, leider nicht sonderlich lecker gewesen. Evtl aber auch falsche Ansprüche gehabt. Hatte eine Pizza mit fruchtigen Tomatensauce und leckeren Käse und Oregano erwartet, nach den ganzen guten Bewertungen von Lieferando. Aber nein. War einfach nur ne große Pizza. War sehr süß. Nicht so meins. Kann aber auch nix zu Qualität sagen, hat mit aber nicht geschmeckt .

Bestellung kam schnell, die Pizzabotin war sehr freundlich. Qualitativ war die Pizza sehr lecker. Frischer Teig, saftig, und reichlich belegt. Kann viele Negative Kommentare hier überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen. Am besten war der, mit dem Kleingeld :)))
