Unfortunately, the information “pre-order” was not received when ordering online. In general, the ordering system caused total problems, only accepted landline numbers and no cell phone numbers and I was allowed to enter everything twice. So the poor delivery man stood in front of the locked door and then came back 2 hours later with the old pizzas that had been kept warm. My son spat them out with the word “disgusting.” But maybe these fresh could actually be good. For the full price and basically correct orders (we ordered in pairs so that everything was correct and I work in e-commerce) I got old and not good pizzas for the normal price. So we will never order there again, even though we are now moving to the area. So financially it wasn't worth it at all for Smileys, but that's how everyone learns.

1.5 hour wait instead of the optimistic 10 minutes that Wolt had promised. I found it particularly disturbing that when we called we were simply fobbed off with excuses. I would have liked to have communicated the waiting time honestly, taken responsibility for the miscommunication, and given us reliable information when asked. Towards the end of the waiting time, I had doubts as to whether the delivery would even arrive. Luckily the pizza arrived warm.

Callapizza always delivers the best quality, but today they particularly impressed me! The pizza was hot and incredibly tasty, and the delivery person was professional, quick and friendly - special shout out to the tall, bald driver who was not only on time but also very personable! Ordering is always fun with a service like this. Keep it up!

In this - culinary neglected - district, "La Spaghettata" is incomparable and unrivaled for me! Unbeatable price/performance ratio, friendly employees and a polite, approachable and accommodating boss make it possible. Due to the extremely high number of customers, there are sometimes slight waiting times. Small miracles sometimes take a little longer. I have - unfortunately - tried everything in this area and can't recommend any of the local pizzerias, etc.! La Spaghettata alone has convinced me for decades with its consistent quality, customer friendliness and... harmonious price/performance ratio. Big thanks to the boss and all employees. An owner who doesn't like Germans because the woman on the fourth floor doesn't like that anymore and the owner doesn't have her own opinion and gets involved. It's an argument that shouldn't happen. We haven't done anything and we've been tormented for 1/2 years with stomping and loud noises and so on and the owner gets involved and we can't do anything about it just because I'm German

I always pick up locally, it only takes 10 minutes. The employees are super nice and friendly.

Definitely not recommended!!!! Waiting 2 hours for a pizza that never arrived even though you called after 1 hour and were assured that the order would arrive in 2-3 minutes, absolute impudence!!!
