Pizza Mario in Lauf offers fast and delicious delivery. The pizza arrived hot and fresh, the taste was excellent - the dough was crispy, the ingredients were fresh. The service was friendly and quick. Highly recommended for anyone who wants a quick and delicious meal!

We had ordered schnitzel with fries...as we were already eating I discovered something on one of the fries that looked like a small fried spider, which was very disgusting. I've lost my appetite! I called and explained the matter and they simply dismissed it as stressing out a lot of orders and simply hung up! That's not how you treat customers, what's the point??? We don't order there anymore

Edit to the comment (02/07/2025): This is not a fake review. I recently fixed spelling mistakes after Google kept reminding me that my review had been liked. That's probably why it slipped "up" again. That wasn't intentional. I haven't ordered from you since then, so I can't say anything more current. I still stick to my opinion and rating because I had the experience exactly as I described it here in the review. If you have improved, then that's good, but you have to do that for your existing and new customers and no longer for me. Rating from February 20, 2022: A year ago I had several bad experiences at Arriba. Mistakes were often made (wrong pizza, forgotten side dishes, etc.) and once I even felt sick after eating. But these experiences didn't happen from one day to the next; there was also a time when I never had to have such bad experiences there. The errors started one at a time and got worse over time. After three mistakes in a row, I didn't order anything from Arriba for a year, until recently. So a year later, out of frustration from the pandemic and boredom, I dared to cook something for myself again and ordered it from Arriba. The real reason for this was the late hour, when all the other local restaurants were already closed. I politely asked to check the pizza before it went out for delivery, which was fine. The conversation went really well, the lady on the phone was understanding and very nice. Nothing could go wrong, I thought to myself. In the end I was still disappointed because (again) the wrong pizza was delivered to me. When I received it, I checked the pizza briefly and it actually looked very good at the beginning, but I hadn't noticed the error yet. I thought it was wonderful and gave the messenger the money and, kindly, a bit of a tip. When I put the pizza on my plate I saw that there was ham that was completely covered in cheese (which is why I overlooked it). Unfortunately, I don't eat pork tenderloin out of principle, so it had to go back. Called and reported an error. I politely asked for a replacement which I received. When the messenger brought it to me, he rambled something that I didn't understand a word of. The man couldn't speak a word of German. I simply gave him the wrong pizza back and then he gave me the new one. Unfortunately, the replacement delivery wasn't great either. While the first pizza itself looked very good and tasty, regardless of the error, the replacement pizza was burnt and had pickled mushrooms on it instead of fresh ones. The pizza also tasted very disgusting, after two pieces I couldn't eat the rest. I can understand when something goes wrong and I was never angry with the employees at Arriba for that (neither then nor with the most recent order). Communication was always flawless on both sides and I also conveyed the complaint sensibly. It's just that a year ago my last three orders - ! in a row! - were all faulty. And screwing up the first order again after a year is already overstepping the boundaries, especially when you have even pointed out that it should be checked. That somehow makes me feel like this is done on purpose. Realistically speaking, there are probably economic reasons that drive employees to make such frequent mistakes. I still give it two stars because, as I said, the communication is fine and Arriba owns up to his mistakes and always makes improvements. That's all well and good, but due to the frequency of errors, it's unfortunately not enough to win me back as a customer. I can therefore no longer recommend Arriba Express. Better cook yourself or order somewhere else.
