The creamy pumpkin soup was absolutely delicious and superbly seasoned – a real treat! We also really liked the dessert, really tasty. Unfortunately, the main course with the buffet wasn't entirely convincing, so I would have expected a little more. Nevertheless, you have to say that the atmosphere is really great – cozy and inviting. A small negative point: the chairs were unfortunately quite uncomfortable. But overall a nice experience!

Sehr gemütlich und Geschmackvolles Resturant, sehr gutes Essen, Service sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Preise sind natürlich etwas höher , aber sie si d gerechtfertigt! Wir hatten einen tollen Tisch dm Fenster mit direktem Blick auf die Elbe und Hafen ! Zanderfilet mit Wirsing Gemüse und Kartoffeln war ausgezeichnet. Ich war jetzt zum dritten Mal hier und es wird nicht das letze mal gewesen sein !

An unforgettable experience - unfortunately for the wrong reasons. I have rarely left a store as disappointed and angry as I was at this fish shop. The black-haired saleswoman who served me was unfriendly, aggressive and completely unempathetic. She should definitely be trained in how to deal with customers and guests. She is absolutely out of place. From the moment I entered the store I felt unwelcome. The saleswoman looked at me like I was an intruder invading her privacy. When I asked her about different types of fish, she answered curtly and unfriendly, without even making any attempt to help or advise me. When I chose the fish I wanted to buy and she told me the price, I felt like I was being taken advantage of. The prices were excessive and when I asked her about it she became aggressive and unfriendly. I left the store feeling bad and determined never to shop there again. The unfriendly and aggressive manner of the saleswoman convinced me that this fish shop is not interested in customer orientation or customer satisfaction. I advise anyone looking for friendly and helpful service to avoid this fish shop and look for other options instead. Rating: -6/5 stars (yes, that's a minus star!)
