Was there today. Lots of activity and therefore long waiting times. Okay in itself. But I think it's unfair to wait 10 minutes and not even be able to place an order. Another person comes and can order before me. If you politely point out that you've just been treated roughly, you'll be met with "You didn't call." I find the comment that I haven't even been able to order for 10 minutes and the statement that I'll have a nice day to come to you to be outrageous. It's not about me having to wait long. It's about me acting like everyone else and simply not being served. It is also logical that people who have ordered by phone get their order faster and the shop owner has to manage this. The point here is that I get in line and someone else who apparently hasn't called himself gets in line before me. With good customer service, I would have expected that my order would be taken. At least I know where I probably won't go anymore.

A large kebab is sold as a small kebab. My girlfriend usually gets the kebab (she then gets a *large* kebab). Today, I bought the large kebab for the first time, and lo and behold, it was a small kebab. I was ripped off and made a fool of. This is completely unacceptable. Since I can't tolerate certain vegetables and didn't want them on my kebab, I asked if they could have a bit more meat instead, so it would be filled out like a kebab should be. For this, I was supposed to pay €2 extra on top of the €8 already charged. This is a joke. I know the kebab has increased in price, but this is a rip-off. My conclusion? The trade supervisory authority should definitely take a look, because this is completely unacceptable. And if you read through the other comments, you'll see this isn't an isolated incident. Be careful!!! I would never have thought that of Kaptan.
