Was there today. Lots of activity and therefore long waiting times. Okay in itself. But I think it's unfair to wait 10 minutes and not even be able to place an order. Another person comes and can order before me. If you politely point out that you've just been treated roughly, you'll be met with "You didn't call." I find the comment that I haven't even been able to order for 10 minutes and the statement that I'll have a nice day to come to you to be outrageous. It's not about me having to wait long. It's about me acting like everyone else and simply not being served. It is also logical that people who have ordered by phone get their order faster and the shop owner has to manage this. The point here is that I get in line and someone else who apparently hasn't called himself gets in line before me. With good customer service, I would have expected that my order would be taken. At least I know where I probably won't go anymore.

Our reservation for a table for coffee and cake was rejected. A visit to "Gut Glück" hasn't worked out for two years because there are so few places. But it's not worth going out to eat either. It's the only café on site.

Best kebab in all of Worms. You know what you're getting and the guys who run the store complete the picture! My four-legged friend is always looking forward to the Hot Döner Days ^^ Kiss Kiss, keep it up!!!

Hello, ordered today for over €100. Told at least 5 times on the phone that they should please separate fish/meat from vegetarian. What was? Of course not done. Spread caviar on top. To our horror, the soy sauce was missing, which is why after our €100 order we had to pay too much for a bottle... what's the point? LG

Great quality, friendly staff and beautifully prepared food. Highly recommended.

I have known this restaurant since I was a child and the food has always been excellent. The rump steak was cooked to perfection, the staff was always friendly and the atmosphere was very pleasant. In summer you can sit beautifully on the terrace with a view of the pond. Why wander into the distance when the good is so close!

The food is super delicious. The staff is super nice, super friendly and attentive, you immediately feel welcome. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting. An all around great visit, will definitely be back
