Guter Döner mit frischem Brot, saftigem Fleisch und knackigem Salat. Die Soßen sind lecker und das Personal freundlich. Besonders wenn der Chef selbst den Döner zubereitet, merkt man, dass er sich Mühe gibt. Komme immer wieder gerne!

Essen Top! Super hochwertiges und leckeres Fleisch. Die Soße ein Träumchen. Service wie er sein soll. Ambiente ein Punkt Abzug weil es sehr kalt war. Haben dort gegessen. Aber wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Haben den Laden nach Besitzerwechsel lange gemieden. Aber jetzt nachdem wieder der Besitzer von damals wieder da ist, auf jeden Fall wieder ein Besuch wert.

There were pieces of meat on my vegetarian döner. When I asked why, I was told I had to explicitly request that the tongs be cleaned. That's the least I can expect without having to say anything! I hope everything else is cleaned according to regulations... I want to be able to eat döner without worrying about it containing things I don't want.

Both were delicious, as were the fries. The salad was fresh and the dressing was very tasty. All in all, I highly recommend Kaptan Döner and will definitely order from them again or eat in.

We can't understand these negative reviews! We regularly go there for chicken/veal doner kebabs and have never been dissatisfied. Super delicious, very generous portions, and everything is fresh! Doner should be eaten on-site. Friendly staff and complimentary tea! We will definitely come back for more! Always great!

I bought a small kebab today. The meat was from a warming box, but still plentiful and good. The salad was also okay. The bread was crispy. Unfortunately, there was no hello or goodbye, but I can do without that if the kebab tastes good. Unfortunately, they didn't ask what kind of meat they wanted on it and just put chicken on it. Otherwise, the kebab was fine. POSTSCRIPT: THE OWNER MUST HAVE CHANGED. Not much meat, the sauce tastes rancid. The bread isn't crispy. The staff is unfriendly. I think that was the last time I'll be there.

We ordered a doner kebab plate with chicken and rice. The food was very tasty, the rice was cooked to perfection, the dressing was delicious, and the side salad was perfectly seasoned. Because today, in June 2025, was a hot day, the windows and door were fully open. As a result, the traffic noise from the busy Gaustraße came in full force. Therefore, the ambiance only gets one star.

The doner kebab there tastes absolutely delicious. I go there very often, partly because it's just around the corner from me. The doner kebab plate is also highly recommended. I can't say anything about the other dishes, but friends have repeatedly mentioned that the pizza is supposed to be incredibly delicious, so I'll try that soon. It's definitely worth eating there or getting something there. The taste is simply top-notch 👍

Unfortunately I can't recommend it. Very listless employees made me the kebab with sauce even though I didn't want it and napkins were also forgotten. Doner kebab meat was brought out of a warming container so it wasn't freshly cut, I've never had it before.

A large kebab is sold as a small kebab. My girlfriend usually gets the kebab (she then gets a *large* kebab). Today, I bought the large kebab for the first time, and lo and behold, it was a small kebab. I was ripped off and made a fool of. This is completely unacceptable. Since I can't tolerate certain vegetables and didn't want them on my kebab, I asked if they could have a bit more meat instead, so it would be filled out like a kebab should be. For this, I was supposed to pay €2 extra on top of the €8 already charged. This is a joke. I know the kebab has increased in price, but this is a rip-off. My conclusion? The trade supervisory authority should definitely take a look, because this is completely unacceptable. And if you read through the other comments, you'll see this isn't an isolated incident. Be careful!!! I would never have thought that of Kaptan.

We waited 2 hours for food. Food is cold and broken. The driver left my order with a neighbor, but said no, it was delivered from our door!! That doesn't work. I paid money but I don't have any food!!!!!

Sometimes they charge €3 and sometimes €4 for delivery without it being on the menu

Schnitzel burnt, hunter's sauce without mushrooms also dried up, schnitzel cut into small pieces, called and was told I would get a new one, 1 hour later nothing, called again and said they had no more schnitzel, when asked that I would like my money back, they simply hung up on me It couldn't be more anti-social, just disgusting.

Unfortunately I have to give each one a star because otherwise I can't write any reviews. This food is just disgusting, I had hair in my food and the meat was raw, and I also received a completely wrong order. Then I had a great conversation with the boss, who was so friendly that he wanted absolutely nothing to do with it and canceled everything wanted to push his own staff. I hope that my toilet will survive this night because I already have stomach cramps that are almost unbearable, please do not order from this store under any circumstances!!

I grabbed a kebab late today. The meat was already pre-cut and way too fatty. The kebab was already cold after 3 minutes and tasted of nothing. There is definitely better kebab in Worms. Never again Kaptan Doner

When I read like this, “we had the food delivered,” I have to say: PEOPLE, go straight to Kaptan Döner, because the best way to get kebab & co is fresh, right there. And in my opinion there is the best kebab in Worms, oh dear, ever. In any case, I haven't had a better meal than there so far and I was happy to find out that the shop is run by the nice old family again. We've been going there since the 90's and we love it. CONCLUSION: If kebab, then Kaptan kebab. The only point of criticism is the somewhat sterile-looking furnishings, but it's not a restaurant. Absolutely recommended!

INEDIBLE, ORDER CAME WRONG Bought two kebabs today. You should somehow manage to deliver the right thing. Tomatoes were missing from a kebab. Same with the other one. No tomatoes. If you are out of tomatoes, you can also say so on the phone. Also, the kebab wasn't a kebab, it was BREAD WITH ONIONS. Even though I didn't want onions. Unfortunately it was inedible for me. It's not my first order. Otherwise it always tasted good. Everything would be fine if the order came correctly.

I have always gone there since I was a child for almost 30 years. It used to be really good. But lately he's been slowing down more and more. Bread often tastes old. The meat on the kebab is becoming less and less and consists almost exclusively of salad. I have no idea whether that depends on your form on the day. You'd better get back on track quickly otherwise people will turn to alternatives. Profit isn't everything.
