I bought a small kebab today, the meat was from a warming box, but still plenty and good, the salad was okay too. The bread was crispy. Unfortunately, no hello and no goodbye either, but I can do without it if the kebab tastes good. Unfortunately, they didn't ask what meat should be on it and they just put chicken on it. Otherwise the kebab was okay.

Was a customer for years and it was always very good. But yesterday the big disappointment. Doner kebabs like the kebab plate were terrible. All I can say is that was it for me.

INEDIBLE, ORDER CAME WRONG Bought two kebabs today. You should somehow manage to deliver the right thing. Tomatoes were missing from a kebab. Same with the other one. No tomatoes. If you are out of tomatoes, you can also say so on the phone. Also, the kebab wasn't a kebab, it was BREAD WITH ONIONS. Even though I didn't want onions. Unfortunately it was inedible for me. It's not my first order. Otherwise it always tasted good. Everything would be fine if the order came correctly.

For us by far the best shop in Worms! We ALWAYS like the food, whether it's kebab, lahmacun or pizza. The employees are super nice and always friendly. Even when there's a lot going on, you don't notice the stress when you're in the store. So far we have always received what we ordered. Wishes were taken into account. Price performance is simply great.

I have always gone there since I was a child for almost 30 years. It used to be really good. But lately he's been slowing down more and more. Bread often tastes old. The meat on the kebab is becoming less and less and consists almost exclusively of salad. I have no idea whether that depends on your form on the day. You'd better get back on track quickly otherwise people will turn to alternatives. Profit isn't everything.

Hello, I was there 3 days ago and today. You just have to say how you would like it to be. I was disappointed the first time, but super satisfied today: I was allowed in with my dogs and just said: Fries, please, crispy and spicy.., I was definitely asked what kind of meat.., Everything was really good today 👍 Come back Today, June 17th, I took 24 small kebab plates with me. Just say what you want... More sauce please… spicy… thank you, it was super good… Some people like more or less… I say what I want and it tastes great... Fresh above all and very hospitable. "Doner kebab sandwich" vegetarian 6€ with +2€ chicken or +3€ veal option, a mere 1.5€ cheese and then another 2€ delivery costs with a minimum order value of 20€??? The delivery person doesn't even ring the bell, gets upset at the door and then gets cheeky when I open it for him. What is something like that? The kebab itself was fresh, but practically unseasoned, too much soggy bread and convenience Metro ingredients (such as the soft cheese) that were simply thrown in cold. Hardly any sauce, a sad tomato. When it comes to Worms kebab F-Tier. Ridiculous.

I ordered a kebab and not a frisbee! You walk in and almost only chew on bread. In my opinion an absolute rip off! You lose your appetite. That was my last order there!

The meat is taken out of a warming box and you still say it well... if it's ok at home but you pay to get a fresh kebab outside if the shop isn't running well enough so that there's always fresh meat then please don't give it an 8 4 euros for the kebab... but thanks to you who have no problem with it for Fleisxh where the fire stays off to save gas or that Fleisxh that excess is kept in the box, paying 8 euros doesn't bother you. There are a few words there Those apply to you but I'll keep them to myself...if you didn't have such a disgusting appetite this thing would quickly change into worms and 10 shops would have to close... we don't need 30 kebab shops selling disgusting stuff... .

According to Lieferando you are open until 11:30 p.m. It was ordered at 11:00 p.m. Now it's 12:00 a.m. and still no food. You can at least call and say it won't be a mess anymore

Always good food and lots of choice. Always nice and correct service. I don't understand the bad reviews because the rotisserie is made in-house, as are the sauces (all really, really good) and I think you can taste that too. Great sharpness if you want it🥵👌

The food wasn't particularly good and the fact that part of the order was missing wasn't particularly good either. You were rudely rejected on the phone and the prices were rather outrageous for the not so great quality. We don't order there anymore. 😤👎 #badfood #unfriendlyservice #overpriced

If you're in a hurry - definitely the best kebab shop in Worms.

Full of anticipation on the way to the restaurant. I actually wanted to eat a kebab, but they sold me a kebab plate. I was surprised when asked about rice and fries and said no. When I looked over the counter I saw that the meat wasn't freshly cut... it came from a can... when I ate it I had burnt pieces of meat and cartilage, the salad was fresh, the tzatziki were ok... but they were still the best I was charged 11 euros. I was very disappointed.

If I could I would give one star!!! What is brazen is that a small kebab was billed as a large one and then 0.50 cents were simply added to the total price. The bread is from at least the day before yesterday and the kebab consists of 90% lettuce and onions. (Mind you, see picture for old salad 🤮) This kebab has nothing to do with meat and the small and large kebab are the same size but a different price. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Just stay away from this store. The guys there were completely unfriendly and arrogant, both on the phone and on site. No hello and no goodbye. The kebab was also completely inedible. It ended up straight in the trash can. Since the owners changed, the place could be trashed.

Essen kann man dort, aber der yufka war beim zusammen Rollen an mehreren Stellen aufgerissen und trotzdem mit Alufelgen zugemacht, somit beim Essen komplett auseinander gefallen. Und was garnet geht, Döner Fleisch vom aufwärmen rein zumachen das Fleisch war komplett trocken. Fazit ein Kunde weniger den wir Zahlen auch nicht mit kaputten Geld oder die Hälfte sondern den vollen Preis dann wollen wir auch Qualität.

Hmmmmm. Kaptan Döner gibts seit 1992.... ich bin Kunde seit 1995.... wohne seit 10 Jahren im Ausland und immer wenn ich in der Heimat bin gehe ich zum Kaptan. Und jetzt habt ihr ernsthaft das Rezept der besten Dönersosse der Welt verändert? WARUM? Die kleineren Portionen wurden ja schon erwähnt. schmeckt nicht mehr, leider mittlerweile nur noch Durchschnitt.... wie schade !!

Super leckerer Döner! Am besten ist die Knoblauchsauce. Das personal ist super freundlich, kompetent und zuvorkommend!! Kann ich nur empfehlen. Auch für größere Familien geeignet.

In der Vergangenheit war der Döner reichhaltiger belegt. Der Geschmack ist ok, die Dönertaschen frisch, aber die jüngste Preiserhöhung von über 10% auf einen Schlag für einen Standarddöner hinterlässt einen Beigeschmack. Konkurrenten im gleichen Stadtteil bieten ebenso gute Speisen an, dazu für deutlich geringere Preise. Alles in allem aber okay.

Heute muss ich nochmal das Restaurant neu bewerten. Also ich muss mal ein großes Lob aussprechen. Ich bin wirklich Zufrieden. Wenn man 10 Sterne vergeben könnte, dann würde ich auch dies gerne tun. Wir essen regelmäßig dort und sind wirklich sehr zufrieden. Die Qualität ist entscheidend. Hier hat Kaptan die Nase sehr stark vorne. Wir hatten heute ein Hähnchen Schnitzel und eine Pizza 🍕 Salami, beides war überragend. Das Schnitzel kross, nicht lappig, gut im Geschmack und würzig. Richtig 😋. Meine Pizza auch richtig gut. Perfekt gebacken, guter Geschmack. Ich wünsche mir für euch liebes Katpan Team, ändert eure Philosophie nicht. Bleibt bei dem, ihr macht es sehr gut. Liebe Grüße, Frank
