Rip off. 1€ for toilet. Money slot doesn't work, money gone, no toilet, landlord turns a deaf ear and ignores you!

It is a horrible place to eat. It doesn't taste—terrible service—sad smell. The meat is raw, and the sauce is tasteless. The service person was impolite. I tried at least to address their disrespectful, misogynistic behavior, but it got much worse-- so entitled. Don't eat there at any cost.

A co-worker joked about having to accompany me to the bathroom. I didn't find it funny at all.

After a long evening the kebab was more than satisfactory, but outside of the prevailing circumstances I would say it tasted rather dry and monotonous. Staff were friendly and prices were great!

Another delicious kebab eaten for €3, at a time when kebab costs €6 and more everywhere. 👍

As described below, things have become extremely poor, the new salesman is very unfriendly, doesn't know any good virtues, comes in to sell with his mouth full of food that comes out and spits out when he speaks, really disgusting. At the comment, I was still offended and said that I had to wait half an hour for the fries. I got them from the Chinese restaurant across the street in five minutes, they were delicious. Unfortunately, the store is just a disaster without the long-time, well-known salesperson. Best of Kebap was once!

There isn't a kebab as good as here in all of Hamburg! Both kebab plate and Halumi kebab were a 10/10. All the employees are super super friendly and the prices are fair - we would love to come back!

DönerBox consists....French fries warmed up totally hard, meat even just warmed up totally dried out.....first and last time....never again There is better kebab at the train station... I never thought of that

This kebab was horrible, the kebab was cold instead of herb sauce, salad dressing, meat was OK but nothing special and the salad was cold, in my opinion one of the WORST DONER KEBAB IN THE WHOLE BERLIN!!!

Unfortunately, Dürüm is completely falling apart. And the taste is in the lower third, and the sauces are unfortunately quite tasteless.

The kebab tastes delicious, the fries are really fresh! Yummy
