Hygiene is lacking, gloves are not worn I found hairs in my pizza I would throw up I don't recommend eating here it looks like street food

I was there with my sister. We had an antipasti starter plate (it was so-so, I know it better for 17€), 1 pizza vegetariania (this was absolutely tasteless, it even had to be seasoned with salt and pepper) and a pasta dish, which was okay on the whole. All in all, the location and the food were not what you would imagine from a good Italian restaurant.

We've only eaten here twice. But we ordered very often. Employees very nice. The food is great!!! We've ordered from elsewhere now and then, but have always been disappointed. That's why we only order Italian food from La Lucina. No matter what...everything is very, very tasty. It starts with the pizza rolls. Crispy and bigger than others. It was always delivered faster than stated. Portions large. Keep it up!!!! Absolutely no alternative!!! The negative reviews make me wonder if people were reviewing the right restaurant. There are supposed to be people for whom it is too complicated. We can't understand it at all. For 7 years (that's how long we live nearby) always consistent quality and delivery times.

Very nice place, right on the lake with a lovely outdoor terrace. Breakfast is a la carte and there's a nice selection. The price/performance ratio is okay. The service was exceptionally friendly and accommodating!

My criticism today relates to the hidden price increase. Today I noticed that the small pizza suddenly and suddenly became smaller. The overview says: small pizza diameter 24 cm. I measured it once. The package alone is 24 cm wide, the pizza in it is only 22 cm wide. The prices have remained the same. This hidden price increase is quite a challenge without informing customers or making it transparent. This clearly deducts two points.
