Pizzeria Trattoria La Lucina in Duisburg

We've only eaten here twice. But we ordered very often. Employees very nice. The food is great!!! We've ordered from elsewhere now and then, but have always been disappointed. That's why we only order Italian food from La Lucina. No matter what...everything is very, very tasty. It starts with the pizza rolls. Crispy and bigger than others. It was always delivered faster than stated. Portions large. Keep it up!!!! Absolutely no alternative!!! The negative reviews make me wonder if people were reviewing the right restaurant. There are supposed to be people for whom it is too complicated. We can't understand it at all. For 7 years (that's how long we live nearby) always consistent quality and delivery times.

Without exaggeration, this is the best pizza and the best pizza rolls with herb butter that we have ever tasted. Every special request is taken into account (when exchanging individual toppings at no extra charge!), the drivers are super nice and the food always arrives on time and hot. We can give an unreserved recommendation here. Especially as regular customers, you are treated particularly courteously 😀 If you order somewhere else, it's your own fault 😉

Disappointed customers for years. We have ordered food so many times in the last few years. The food usually tastes quite good, as well as pizza, pasta and rolls. As always, information “approx. 1 hour”. Sometimes they came earlier - not today. It took and took. Again after 90 minutes. Called and asked if they had forgotten us - information - "Food is going out now". Experience - it didn't come - after over 2 hours I called a third time and canceled the order. Not a word of apology - just bad. This is how you can scare away customers who have been around for years, or have too much of it....

I go to the restaurant with a colleague and I sit down and want to eat pasta. The man who works there packs the food. Afterwards I was outside and had to eat without a fork and knife and then went back in to order pizza margherita so that we could somehow eat inside Then we sit down there, the pizza comes, it says 4 euros, a small pizza at the end is said to be 8.50 without any point and the food wasn't even tasty. It was also said that the pasta would be made again. In the end, the pasta from the beginning was plain placed on a plate.

Ordered at 5:51 p.m., should take an hour. Called exactly at 7 p.m. and accused me of lying (wrong house number), and also a bad lie. Now it's 7:47 p.m. and nothing has arrived yet. You have now lost us as customers. Oh well

Jeder muss an sein Geld kommen, aber dies auf dem Rücken eines Kindes zu machen ist schon echt mies. Kind los geschickt die bestellte Pizza abholen und einfach mal 4 Euro mehr berechnen. Kann man machen, aber wenn die Eltern dann vor einem stehen, dem Kind die Schuld zu geben ist schon ne Nummer die man sich überlegen sollte. Waren Stammkunden, jetzt nach dieser Nummer nicht mehr. Essen war immer lecker, da können wir nicht meckern.

Nettes Personal. Hatten zwei Pizzen, beide mussten wir hinterher leider wegschmeißen weil sie uns überhaupt nicht geschmeckt haben. Zutaten (insbesondere der Käse) schmeckten leider nicht sehr qualitativ hochwertig.

Ich kann mich nicht beschweren. Typische Pizzeria mit soliden Essen zum guten Kurs. Nette Bedienung. Alles gut!

Die beste Pizza, die ich seit langer Zeit gegessen habe. Salat und Tiramisu waren ebenfalls fantastisch.

Zu lange für eine Magerita gewartet. Komisches Personal..Falsche Berechnung an der Kasse und die Pizzen waren viel zu salzig. Nie wieder!

Pizza matschig und besteht nur aus billig Produkten Tiefkühl Pilze... Die "italienische scharfe Wurst" ist ordinäre Italienische Wurst die nicht Mal scharf ist. Aus dem Sonderangebot von Netto oder aldi. Der Kollege mit dem ich bestellt habe hat wie ich Magenprobleme und Durchfall ist echt nicht zu empfehlen!!!

Essen war schlecht. Personal ist extrem unfreundlich und respektlos. Allein wegen des Personals würde ich dieses Restaurant absolut NICHT empfehlen und es ist keinen Besuch wert.

Hatte die Pizza Alina (Dönerfleisch, Sauce Hollandaise, Mozarella). Eine Pizza mit Hollandaise ist immer ein bisschen wie eine Gradwanderung. Nicht zu viel und nicht zu wenig. Insgesamt hat die Pizza gut geschmeckt und ich werde sie wieder bestellen!

Die Lieferung war prompt. Leider waren die bestellten Nudeln ungenießbar. Total versalzen. Die Calzone war in Ordnung.

Dönerpizza bestand leider aus billigen Tiefkühlgyros und nicht aus frischem Dönerfleisch. Pizza war zum Teil auch matschig von unten. Die Pizzabrötchen waren lecker. Die zweite Pizza (Sicilia) war okay, aber auch nicht überragend. Auch an manchen Stellen etwas matschig. Auf den Wunsch ohne Oliven wurde eingegangen. Die Lieferzeit wurde leider um 30 Minuten überschritten (statt 60 Minuten haben wir knapp 90Minuten gewartet)

Mega gute Pizzeria. Leider liefern die nicht zu mir, aber immer wenn ich bei ner Freundin bin und wir Bock auf Pizza haben, bestellen wir da. Die Pizza ist echt lecker. Der Pizzateig ist echt fluffig, mag daher auch von denen die Pizzabrötchen.

My boyfriend and me went to this pizzeria for the first time to have dinner, we ordered two pizzas, one small and one medium and we asked straight away if it was possible to eat it inside, since the restaurant was completely empty and outside was cold and raining. The answer of the employer was no because only when ordering big pizzas it was possible to eat inside, his tone while talking and his face were completely unfriendly and disrespectful, we didn't like that at all but still we decided to order 2 big pizzas to stay there, then he answered so unrespectfully again saying that we had already ordered, and why we were ordering again. We said clearly from the first moment that our intention was eating inside, then we didn't understand why it wasn't possible to eat inside, we simply think they didn't let us inside because my boyfriend is black, and that's the reason why they talked in such a bad and unrespectful way to him. At the end he decided to invite us to sit down again in a bad way and even shouting, he made us feel so uncomfortable that we just decided to leave. We cannot say if pizzas are tasty or not, but we can say that the behaviour of the employer was absolutely disrespectful and unacceptable, and that's enough reason to not eat in that place.

Wir haben heute Abend über die Homepage bestellt, bzw. über die hauseigene App, die über die Homepage der Pizzeria angeboten wird. Wir haben ordnungsgemäß bestellt (Bestellbestätigung inklusive Bestellnummer erhalten). Nachdem das Essen für 18.30 bestellt auch um 19 Uhr noch nicht da war, haben wir uns telefonisch erkundigt wo das Essen bleiben würde. Nicht nur, dass der Mitarbeiter nichts über die Bestellung wusste, er wusste auch nichts über die eigene App und konnte daher keine Bestellung zuordnen und teilte uns einfach mit, wir sollen doch bitte in Zukunft über Lieferando bestellen.

Leckere Pizzeria in Duisburg. Eine Empfehlung, wenn man dort bestellen möchte. Wenn ich italienisch essen gehen möchte, würde ich jedoch woanders hingehen.

Bester Pizzadienst, den wir kennen. Die Pizzen sind wahnsinnig lecker und üppig belegt. Der Salat ist immer frisch und knackig und die Pizzabrötchen sind ebenfalls ein Genuss. Wir haben jede Woche dort bestellt und sind nun ganz traurig aus dem Liefergebiet weggezogen zu sein.

Wie immer (seit 1,5 Jahren) sehr gutes Essen! Salat & Pizzabrötchen + Pizza Bolognese sind grandios! Lieferung pünktlich und das Essen ist wirklich heiß :-)

Die beste Pizzeria die es gibt. Der Teig schmeckt wirklich sehr sehr gut. Keine 0815 Pizza die man sonst überall bekommt.
