5 stars – A culinary highlight in Monheim! An absolute must for all lovers of Italian cuisine! Even the starter was a dream – fresh, cleverly prepared and tasted to the point. For the main course I had the vegetarian pasta with truffles - a poem! The pasta was perfectly al dente, the truffle note was wonderfully aromatic and not too overpowering. The crowning finale was the homemade tiramisu, which was simply heavenly with its creamy consistency and finely balanced espresso aroma. Casa Luigi impresses not only with its excellent food, but also with its attentive service and a cozy atmosphere. Clear recommendation – I’ll definitely be back!

One of the best italian restaurant in the area and surely the only one who serves real italian cousine. Ciro, the owner, is so nice and kind. Don't miss his great tiramisù!!!

Very nice service in a rustic atmosphere. Good and extensive Italian cuisine.

We happened to be nearby, and a quick phone call and our table was reserved. The ambiance is very appealing, with those leather armchairs... lovingly set tables and excellent service. Not to mention the absolutely delicious food, which we were told is cooked by the lady of the house herself. We'll definitely be back... we've rarely eaten so well and in such a relaxed atmosphere. We even managed to have time for a very pleasant conversation with the owner... we're happy to give it 5 stars.

A small, lovingly run pizzeria. Very inconspicuous from the outside, but inside the heart beats Amore Mio. Small menu, but great in taste. Reservation required.

Sehr gut frequentiertes Restaurant auf Durchschnittlichem Niveau. Ein klassischer Italiener mit Pizza und Nudelgerichten zu teilweise moderaten Preisen was das Essen betrifft. Die Preise für Getränke hingegen sind recht abgehoben. Die Qualität des Essens ist leider auch keine kulinarische Herausforderung. Der Belag auf der Pizza Salmone durchaus überschaubar, im Lachs fanden sich unangenehmer Weise mehrere Gräten, was nicht von höchster Qualität zeugt. Dafür war der Boden und Rand sehr dick, was nicht jedermanns Sache ist. Auch der Lachs auf dem Nudelgericht war mehr als spärlich, auch wenn es schmackhaft war. Der Beilagensalat hat geschmeckt, war aber mit 7€ entschieden zu teuer für einen Standard aus ein paar Gurkenscheiben, Möhren, Tomaten und Eisbergstücken. Fazit insgesamt, man kann mal hingehen für ein spontanes Essen, aber es gibt noch reichlich Luft nach oben. Auch wären etwas ausgefallenere Speisen wie Nudeln mit Rinderfilet o.ä. nett.

Small Italian restaurant with very friendly staff. The food was very tasty (sea bream and once pasta with saffron sauce). We also enjoyed the open wines (rosé and the Primitivo (red). It was a lovely evening and we will definitely be back….
