It's a shame that the service doesn't match the good food in any way. From the start we were greeted and served extremely listlessly. After a while we seriously wondered if we were disturbing or doing something wrong - but we don't know what that might have been. At least after an hour we had already finished our meal (or were no longer in the mood for dessert), so our table could be occupied again - for example with regular guests, who also received a smile at the neighboring tables . When we left there wasn't even a goodbye, our tip was ignored and the waiter just left without greeting... everything was a bit bizarre, or at least really rude. We can't really explain such behavior. There is still praise for the really delicious Vitello Tonnato; The rest was ok but not great either, we cook it all better ourselves. We were looking forward to the evening there and were also recommended to visit by people from Aschaffenburg... well, that's a shame, dear people.

It's not usually my style to express my displeasure through recessions. However, I was so appalled by this restaurant's business practices that I can't leave it uncommented. We ate here on November 22nd, 2024 because my in-laws gave us a voucher for this restaurant for our wedding anniversary. When it came time to pay, I presented the voucher card that was purchased there by my father-in-law on November 15, 2024. The waitress then simply said "There is no credit on it." When I explained to her that this couldn't be the case because the card was given to us that day, I asked her to check again. I got the same answer. I asked her to please clarify what we can do now. I then had to pay the bill myself, which of course I did. She just said that my father-in-law should come again in person with the receipt, maybe we could then send the card in. My father-in-law did that on November 23rd, 2024. The only answer he got there was that there was nothing they could do about it. He didn't get the money back either and had to accept another voucher card. That was the financial compensation. In plain language, this means: the restaurant receives double income because you can eat at your restaurant again with this voucher card. I think it's disgraceful how this matter was handled. Of course I'll have the credit checked in advance, otherwise I'll have to pay the bill myself again. I can't understand this approach in any way. The receipts were presented. The restaurant obviously made a mistake when issuing the first card and the customer lost out? Some form of apology? None. Unfortunately, I'm no longer looking forward to the next visit, which we now have to spend there.

The table directly by the front door makes for a horrible place to dine; avoid it. Food took 45 minutes to arrive and the restaurant was ½ full. Main courses were good; vegetable sides weren’t. Service was marginally accommodating.

Einfach toll und lecker. Seit neuestem gibt es die Pasta- und Pizzagerichte auch in Low Carb bzw. High Protein. Ist echt super und war lecker. Service nett und absolut top. Macht weiter so, wir kommen immer gerne. Tolles Ambiente. Von uns 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Sterne++++
