👎🏻 Staff is a complete disaster! One cannot speak of politeness or good humor here. They were regular customers until recently, but not anymore. Unfortunately not recommended at all.

We were there because we got a voucher. Otherwise we would have left straight away. You don't understand your own words, you eat elbow to elbow. Service was very nice. We had a salad that was very good. What we couldn't say about the lasagne. When I go to an Italian restaurant I expect homemade lasagna. Not the kind of ready-made crap that cooked on the outside and was ice cold on the inside. For me that means microwave. It doesn't work at all. I felt sick the whole evening afterwards

Yes, highly recommended. Delicious pizza in a mega size that passes for a family pizza. Wafer-thin point and matching covering. The salads are also very tasty as they are simply not the "standard iceberg lettuce". There's real salad there. Was very positively surprised. I would like to go there again when I get the chance.

Unfortunately, our visit to this restaurant was entirely negative. The order was not filled correctly - half of the pizza was completely missing. Instead of clarifying the situation professionally, the food was touched several times with bare hands in front of our eyes and even distributed from plate to plate. Absolutely unacceptable handling of food. The food was also cold and the service showed no interest in our well-being or willingness to apologize for the obvious mistake. Despite the obvious flaws, it wasn't very helpful. Nevertheless, it can be said that the interior is beautiful and attractively designed, despite the restaurant's shortcomings.

Even though I accidentally ordered so late, the salad was very fresh, crunchy and, above all, very tasty ☺️ and the lady was very accommodating despite being off work ☺️

Great atmosphere, clean shop. Pizza is super delicious, I've been there several times. Unfortunately, the staff wasn't nice on Friday March 28th, 2025, we quickly ordered and paid a tip of about 7 euros before we ate. During the meal it was announced that they were closing, so I packed half the pizza. And didn't finish the Luggana wine and water. Was very bold and unfriendly. Don't come back.

We had pizzas and Caesar salad delivered to us this Easter Sunday. GROTTEN BAD, pizza dough bland, toppings almost non-existent, unseasoned like cardboard lids, several missing ingredients that were ordered and paid for in advance were completely missing. Caesar salad taste poor, absolutely carelessly prepared, uncut large salad trunk only edible if very hungry. UNIQUE opinion from all 4 people: Never again. O stars, the 1 star was awarded as post was otherwise not possible

My wife and I ate at L'Osteria for the first time and were not disappointed. We were served by the very nice and attentive service person Jessica, who took the time to give us detailed advice despite the obvious stress. We have rarely experienced such friendly service in the catering industry. I would like to give more than five stars for the service, because the rest of the team was also extremely friendly and you could tell that everyone was really making an effort. After a short wait, the pizzas arrived – and what can I say? WOW! They are huge and really delicious. The panna cotta also definitely has to be tried. It was definitely not our last visit here!

Top friendly service. Pizza Bo (Calzone) very lean toppings, in contrast to previous ones. The salad was OK! The repeatedly not working Amici Herzen marketing function is annoying and turns into the opposite 😒.

We had a lovely evening at L'Osteria. The food was very tasty, whether pizza, pasta, salad or dessert. A big compliment goes to our waitress Enza, who served us very charmingly and humorously that evening 😄 In addition, our order was taken quickly and both drinks and food were served without a long wait 👌🏼 Small points deduction for the music being a bit too loud. We sat directly under a small loudspeaker and had to talk relatively loudly so that we could hear what we were talking to. As the evening progresses it gets a bit tiring. Otherwise everything was great 👍🏼

The food was good, but the waitress outside had everything else on her mind except serving the customers. She has private conversations even though three tables want to order. Personally, we also had to wait a long time for an order and three other tables were served before us, even though they came later than us. It's a shame when cell phones and private conversations are more important and the service is therefore extremely neglected.

We hadn't made a reservation and still got a place for two, which was relatively okay considering we hadn't made a reservation. Our orders were taken relatively quickly and the food and drinks didn't take too long. We had actually ordered a pizza for two, one half with salami and the other with vegan cheese, which turned out to be the case, but not divided in half at all, but very uneven. Although the menu advertises that you can share a pizza, we therefore assumed that it would be shared 50/50. Nevertheless, the pizza was very tasty and the vegan cheese didn't taste artificial like most people do.

Huge, delicious pizza, pasta dish with zudeln, because. Gluten intolerance. Unfortunately, Germany is still a developing country. In Italy they are much further along in this regard. Otherwise everything was really tasty. But I would also like to praise the strikingly great service. I have rarely seen such a friendly, nice and attentive young woman serving in a restaurant. The entire service team seemed to me to be at a great level. We enjoyed everything very much and will definitely come back soon.

Pizza was very tasty. There was lunch on the internet. But no longer current. Find out at the table first.

Been there twice so far, both times not so great. The first time was okay in terms of food, but the second time was a disaster. There was just a plate with cutlery on the table that was never cleared away, you had to remove it yourself. The pizza had really bad toppings and the grilled vegetables were burnt. It smelled very unpleasant of smoke and tasted like sucking on a cigarette. It was probably my last time there.

My friend and I went to eat there and were first seated at a small one which was unfortunately right next to the kitchen and the hallway, although there were still many free tables. The employees also talked about it over us because we were sitting between the aisle and the kitchen. We also observed how the employees were accommodating to other guests, but left us out and ahead of them. Bad experience, not again.

I found it very loud there, my food (salad) was forgotten, which of course can happen sometimes. In terms of results, the salad was rather sad, my friend's pizza was large but still very pale. I wouldn't go there again.

Unfortunately quality varies greatly. The food as well as the atmosphere such as the music is often much too loud. The air is not good and either too cold or too hot because the ventilation is not on/adjusted correctly etc. Service is also a thing, depending on who you get to. It's a shame, I'm used to more consistent quality from other locations. The location here also has potential.

Very nice shop, food was delicious. I've never eaten anything so delicious. And the drinks are a dream. I've never seen such a huge pizza before my eyes. If you're ever in the area, be sure to go to the store. @Owner thank you for the grappa, which I have now earned through my beautiful words.

Location is very central in the city. The restaurant is beautifully presented and the food is fabulous, the pizzas are bigger than the table, but you can have them packed.

The food was very good. The macceronici pesto avocado tasted great. And the shrimp was well incorporated. The table was also very good. We had the table in the back corner and that was great. The staff was super friendly and accommodating and fulfilled all of our special requests. All in all it was a very good evening.

Unfortunately, the service was once again subpar. Even though there wasn't much going on, we received poor service. Despite having children, we didn't get a children's ticket - I got it myself. The 3 water glasses were sticky, but I went to the counter myself because there was simply no waiter around. There was loud Spanish music playing (Italian restaurant???). The risotto was cooked with regular rice, not risotto rice. It wasn't cleared away at all until we had paid. No second round of drinks possible because no one came around. If it had been packed, we would have understood. There were 3 waiters at the counter talking. Unfortunately it was the second bad visit and will now be the last.

Not the best branch of the Italian chain. Ordered food, starter and main course came at the same time. The service was overwhelmed (but also had a lot of tables). The atmosphere couldn't be compared with other branches... you sit squashed together on the long row of benches... the tables are too small for 2 pizzas... the music is even in the toilet at least 30 decibels too loud.

It's not normally my style to express my displeasure through recessions. However, I was so appalled by this restaurant's business practices that I can't leave it uncommented. We ate here on November 22nd, 2024 because my in-laws gave us a voucher for this restaurant for our wedding anniversary. When it came time to pay, I presented the voucher card that was purchased there by my father-in-law on November 15, 2024. The waitress then simply said "There is no credit on it." When I explained to her that this couldn't be the case because the card was given to us that day, I asked her to check again. I got the same answer. I asked her to please clarify what we can do now. I then had to pay the bill myself, which of course I did. She just said that my father-in-law should come again in person with the receipt, maybe we could then send the card in. My father-in-law did that on November 23rd, 2024. The only answer he got there was that there was nothing they could do about it. He didn't get the money back either and had to accept another voucher card. That was the financial compensation. In plain language this means: the restaurant receives double income because you can eat at your restaurant again with this voucher card. I think it's disgraceful how this matter was handled. Of course I'll have the credit checked in advance, otherwise I'll have to pay the bill myself again. I can't understand this approach in any way. The receipts were presented. The restaurant obviously made a mistake when issuing the first card and the customer lost out? Some form of apology? None. Unfortunately, I'm no longer looking forward to the next visit, which we now have to spend there.

If legitimate criticism is rejected, then you can save yourself criticism. The lasagna is/was not recommended. The edge had grown together with the porcelain bowl and was burned. Neither does risotto. Maybe we only pulled exactly two rivets. Too bad for the money

I was visiting Aschaffenburg and my friends said this pizzeria was very great. Since I am an absolute fan of Italian food, I immediately said yes. I have to say that I have eaten in Italy very often and have an insight into Italian cuisine and service. When we entered the restaurant we said we had reserved a table. We were led to the table and signaled with a hand signal, this is your table. WOW, what a reception. The order was received very quickly. We ordered a salad, one bolognese, I one bruschetta and also pasta. The waitress, a gentleman, added that everything would come together. Great, I thought, but why does he even mention that? I don't know it any other way😃My friend got her Caesar salad. Sliced ​​lettuce with turkey breast drowned in gravy. Done, that’s it! Unbelievable, Caesar would be rolling over in his grave, I thought to myself. Then came my bruschetta. I ordered 2 slices. The bread was crispy, the tomatoes were ok and the arugula was a little dying. A short time later my main course arrived. I explained that I had just received my starter and that she would like to take the pasta with beef fillet back with me. I added that the food would otherwise get cold here at the table and you could keep it warm. The lady said, no, otherwise it wouldn't taste good anymore. I said that I wanted to eat my starter in peace first. That was probably well received. She left in a huff and 5 minutes later the waitress from the order showed up again with the plates, this time also with the Bolognese. I wolfed down the bruschetta in the meantime. The unfriendly expression on his face spoke volumes. No please, no, enjoy it. Without a word he put the food down and disappeared. In the meantime, my friend was almost finished with her salad and we could get started. Hurrah. The pasta was good. But there is still potential here. When we were finished I ordered an espresso machiatto and pana cotta. The Esspreso was great, the Pana Cotta was a ready-made product. Turn the cup over, pour the strawberry sauce over it. That's how it tasted too. The espresso was then simply placed between the empty plates and 10 minutes later the dessert arrived. Order would be, first pana cotta, then espresso. You could have cleared the table first before serving dessert. Furthermore, I would have been happy if people had asked how we liked it. But nothing. Order, eat and when you're ready, pay and leave. That's exactly how you feel there. This service is far from Italian flair!

Went to L'Osteria with a friend today and 1. I've never had to wait so long before I could place an order, 2. the same applies to the food I ordered. Other guests who came after us had their orders on the table quicker than us, 3. Music was so loud that a pleasant conversation was very unpleasant and 4. it soon knocks you out in the toilet!!!! The music is really booming and you wonder whether this is intentionally done to accommodate guests with massive intestinal problems!

L'Osteria disappointed in all areas: the bruschetta, with its mushy tomatoes, was an insult to fresh ingredients. The Chardonnay was oxidized and inedible. Despite the cozy atmosphere and good service, the overall impression could not be saved. Unfortunately there was no sign of authentic Italian cuisine here.

The atmosphere is destroyed by the music being way too loud. Even after repeated inquiries as to whether the volume could be reduced at least a little, this was not addressed. It's impossible for two people to have a proper conversation at a small table if they're sitting right next to each other. The noise is so loud that we left with a headache. The food is good, not particularly good but not bad either - you're actually used to better from the chain. You will be fobbed off very quickly here. Similar to an assembly line and there is a lot of focus on walk-in customers. The communication in between is also very poor. Too bad. As a small comparison: the Christmas market was quieter even though it was much fuller. And playing bad music loudly doesn't make the music better... It seems like none of the other reviews have been implemented. And not the slightest bit of positive action is being taken. The problems have been known for a long time and did not just appear yesterday. What else should be noted: The recessions are answered with copy paste. So the feedback is really important to you. Too bad.

We have already eaten at several places in L'Osteria but the one in Aschaffenburg is special. If the guests have to shout at each other because the radio 📻 is so loud and the waitress says it can't be turned down, that has nothing to do with coziness. The food was okay but we've had better in other L'Osterias. Despite ordering a table, one waitress first had to ask another waitress where we could sit down. It's a shame but not again in Aschaffenburg.

The three of us met up for pizza on Sunday evening. We stood there at reception and waited for what felt like an eternity until someone from service came. The young man at the drinks counter apologized to us as we wanted to leave and said someone would be coming soon. So we stayed anyway. Although there wasn't much going on due to the Christmas market, we waited half an hour for the order to be taken. The table was then gradually set. Sometimes she came with the cutlery a few minutes later with the napkins again a few minutes later with the round place holders. That was annoying during our conversation. Can't you set the table all at once or set it in advance?? We had the pizza half topped. I had quattro formaggi and vegetariana. After another long wait, the food finally came. Unfortunately you really had to look for the topping, so little for this price and zero spices?! You just eat dough with a little tomato sauce and the whole thing is super bland. We expected something much better in such an atmosphere. But that's deceptive. It's such a shame, we definitely won't be coming back.
