I was very surprised when they brought pizza from a box 😡😡 the one that is sold in the store for 1.5-3 euros frozen. It was a shock for us 😡 in an Italian restaurant they serve pizza from a box, shame!!! the restaurant itself is beautiful, cozy, maybe everything else is delicious, but the pizza is complete crap. No, I haven’t confused anything. I live in the building across the street and have been visiting your restaurant for over three years. Unfortunately, this year was my first visit since the reopening. I took the pizza to go, so, of course, the plate in the photo isn’t yours. But the pizza was definitely frozen. You should be able to admit that. The packaging in the photo isn’t yours either. It’s a shame I didn’t keep the receipt, but I will next time just to prove that your pizza is just a crust. If you’re Italian, you should be ashamed to call that a pizza. I don’t understand why you’re arguing with me. You’re wrong.

Service super friendly and helpful. The ambience would be almost beautifully furnished if it weren't for this electronic error that causes all the lights to flicker every second, which is very unpleasant. Price performance at first it seems very cheap, when you get Dan the carbonara it was served with cream, so after 7 bites the plate was empty and you were still very hungry, what can that be attributed to the price or the quality. Difficult to judge. Cannot judge good or bad.

Very good food at moderate prices

Whether a cool egg in summer or spaghetti Bolognese in winter. There is always something delicious to eat. The condition is open to discussion. You can also try something new from the Italian area. The bruschetta was delicious, the pizza was delicious, the cake was delicious, and the fries we ordered were delicious. Everything was so good that we finished everything else even though we were full. Who knows when we will eat something this delicious again!

10 of us booked a table for a work celebration. We all had a varied selection of food with each one of us saying just how excellent everything was from starter through mains, drinks and dessert. We eat in many cities in many Italian restaurants and this is up there. We heartily recommend Osteria Carre to anyone who wants quality Italian food in Karlsruhe.
