Addendum: We gave L’Osteria another chance and have to say that we don’t regret it. Everything was really excellent, both the food and the service. Maybe it was because the bosses took care of everything themselves. We had the pistachio pasta and the steak with shitake, both of which were really excellent. I hope that the quality remains so high and doesn't decline again. However, one small point of criticism remains: the seating is very narrow, so that you almost have the feeling that the table next to you belongs to your own.

Really enjoy being there. Family atmosphere, pizza, pasta, everything fits. Nice conversations. Is our favorite Italian.

Top restaurant - 1st place in all areas and I know a lot of pizzerias. The service here is great and the food is absolutely the best you can find in Aalen and the surrounding area. Plus the great ambience and the friendly service. If Italian cuisine then here.

Went out for lunch. There was a lunch menu, but we had dishes from the normal menu. 2x veal with pasta (1x cold meat), starter platter (hardly anything on it and expensive...), water and white wine. Paid over 100 euros. Starter platter came with the main course and was simply mini. After dinner we were neither asked for dessert nor whether we would like anything to drink (everyone had nothing). Price/performance not good
