Dear Filseck Castle team, I would like to share my excitement about my visit to your star restaurant at the weekend. From the moment we entered the restaurant we were amazed by the elegant and stylish atmosphere and the friendly welcome. The menu was a true culinary discovery! Each dish was not only a delight for the palate, but also a feast for the eyes. The careful preparation and high-quality ingredients were clearly noticeable. We would particularly like to highlight the dish: Bistecca del Pastore Sardo. This dish was to die for! The service was also first class. The staff were all very attentive, professional and always had a kind word for us. We felt completely comfortable and well looked after. The only great thing about this restaurant is the ambience is very tasteful with wood and beautifully set tables. I was invited to this restaurant in a private group. The menu was selected in advance. You might think that it is freshly cooked or can be served quickly. Unfortunately, the food didn't convince me at all. The potatoes with the salmon were cold and didn't taste good. At first they tried to serve us the food as ordered. Things didn't work that way with dessert. When I finally had my parfait in front of me, I was just disappointed. By parfait I mean semi-frozen? This dessert was cold on the inside but there was already a skin on the outside like a cheap pudding. Either it was a finished product or not fresh... The waiters were very attentive at the beginning but in the end colleagues had to keep pointing out an empty white wine glass. Too bad.

Simple yet cozy restaurant with a good selection of Italian dishes. Our waiter was perhaps a bit slow when taking the orders, but was still extremely friendly and accommodating & the drinks and food were brought out quite quickly. We all enjoyed the dishes very much and the portions were large 🍝Generally a very nice place to spend a cozy evening together - we'll be happy to come back! 👍🏼
