Nice little restaurant, somewhat inconspicuously located - you have to be careful not to walk past it. Cozy interior, the tables are always neatly set. The service is non-binding and friendly; during my visits, the service was too fast rather than too slow; I didn't experience any waiting times, but my visiting times were always on Monday or Tuesday evenings. At these times I always got a seat without a reservation; the restaurant was at most 40% full. The menu is a bit conservative, there are the classic dishes from the "Italian restaurant next door", lots of pasta and pizza, some dishes are also reminiscent of the 80s; but the quality is right! There is a small selection of wines by the glass as well as some bottled wines. The price-performance ratio for the food is okay, the bottled wines are relatively expensive compared to the open wines. If you can do without the innovative food and drink menu of a hip, trendy Italian restaurant and simply want to go to the Italian restaurant "around the corner", this is the right place for you; very nice overall impression!

The food and service are good. With a small appetizer and schnapps on the house. The only defect we saw was the cobwebs in the corner of the dining room next to the window, which can certainly be remedied quickly. But it's Halloween time at the moment... But we'll definitely be back.

I had a salami pizza. There was no edge and it was as hard as crispbread. I've been going out for pizza for 50 years and I've never had anything this bad. We won't come anymore

Irgendwie sah es von außen sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig aus. Aber wie immer im Leben, es kommt auf die inneren Werte an. Diese sind einfach gut. Kleine aber feine Karte, es wird frisch gekocht und gekonnt serviert. Lediglich das merkwürdige Toastbrot zur leckeren Minestrone war fehl am Platz. Bitte vorab die Gäste informieren, dass keine Kreditkartenzahlung akzeptiert wird.

We were there on the weekend and the restaurant was just empty and cold. The wine glasses still had lipstick marks from the previous guests and the food really wasn't well prepared. There was no salad or anything with vegetables, just carbohydrates. The pasta felt like it had just been warmed up and was more than al dente. The starters were prepared with the same sauce (Gorgonzola sauce) as the pasta, so the dishes were not very original. I wouldn't visit the restaurant again.

An absolute culinary highlight! As soon as you enter the restaurant you feel like you are in Italy - the atmosphere is warm, authentic and inviting. The menu offers a fantastic selection of traditional dishes, all made with fresh, high quality ingredients. Particularly noteworthy is the homemade pasta, which is served just perfectly al dente. Every forkful was a pleasure! The service was also impeccable – attentive, friendly and extremely competent. The price-performance ratio is absolutely fair for the quality on offer here. I can only warmly recommend this restaurant and look forward to my next visit. A real gem!

Bewertung ausschließlich für das Restaurant: Urige Einrichtung und ein sehr netter Betreiber des Restaurants. Das Essen war gut - schade, dass bei der Penne Boscaiola die Erbsen und Pilze aus der Dose waren. Es gäbe bessere Alternativen… (z. B. TK-Ware) Wir werden das nächste Mal die Pizzen testen, die wurden gelobt.

Wir waren nach einen Reitturnier recht spät am Abend auf der Suche nach einem ansprechenden Restaurant, um den Tag entspannt ausklingen zu lassen. Wir haben uns für das Restaurant „Rosso“ entschieden…und waren allesamt begeistert: alle Gerichte waren auf den Punkt zubereitet, egal ob Suppe, Pasta oder Lamm. Selbst der offene Rotwein war ausgesprochen lecker… eine glatte Empfehlung… wir kommen wieder!

We are now afraid that something has been taken away from us. The lamp at the table flickers. We were hoping for a hidden camera all along. Unfortunately none!!!!!
