Nice atmosphere but for us personally a very chaotic organization. We were a larger group. When making a reservation online, it is stated that for groups of 7 or more, the dishes will be served in bowls. What exactly that means was not explained further. It turned out to be difficult to order on site as three people had to decide on a dish. The waitress openly expressed her frustration with the situation, which didn't necessarily make our experience any nicer, and rolled her eyes in front of us. We were later informed that the standard dish we had chosen, the Bolognese, was sold out. The information would have been important earlier. The pumpkin ravioli was super tasty, but the bowl for 3 people meant 3 pieces of pumpkin and 3 slightly larger ravioli per person. The dishes weren't particularly warm. Truffle pasta was delicious but the portion was far too small. San Lorenzo underwhelming. NOT recommended for larger groups. At least there was an espresso or a drink on the house after the excitement.

Unfortunately, I can't particularly recommend the store. For my taste, the noise level is too high, so it's not easy to have a relaxed conversation with friends. This is of course a very individual feeling. The cuisine claims to be "Italian", but unfortunately it is not (since I have an Italian wife, I can judge this quite well). After eating I immediately had problems with my stomach, which almost never happens to me. The service was subpar. You quickly got the impression that the service simply pleased me. If you wanted to order something, you had to be proactive so that the lady noticed and waved her over to the table. If you're looking for delicious Italian food, you're better off looking elsewhere.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting La Gondola with my family and it was a wonderful experience. The atmosphere of the restaurant is inviting and cozy, with warm lighting and rustic wooden details that give the feel of a traditional Italian meal. The fish 🐟 and the service were great. Wenn man noch nicht nach Italien fährt aber Geschmack von schönes Land spüren will, ist hier genau richtig. Gibt's richtig große Auswahl von Pizzen, die auch wunderschön schmecken. Aber ganz seltene Speisen wie Arancini oder frittierte Zucchiniblüten sind zu finden. Ich hatte Tagliatelle Carbonara, pures Genuss, sehr schmackhaft und richtig zubereitet. Service war super aufmerksam und freundlich, cooles Musik und gemütliche Ambiente runden alles ab. Ich komme wieder wenn ich Lust auf Pizza habe)

Hier essen wir immer wieder gerne. Service, Ambiente (dieses Mal draußen) und Essen haben uns excellent gefallen. Wir bestellten verschiedene Pizze, Salat und Lasagne. Dazu Cocktails und Wein. Alles ganz hervorragend, wir hatten einen tollen Abend.

I just got back from dinner here and it was so good I needed to leave a review. I left a similar review in Google too. I am in Bad Nauheim traveling on business. I checked TripAdvisor for the best /best value restaurant in town and it directed me to a restaurant that was full and could not seat me. Before I left, I asked the bartender what other restaurant in town would he personally recommend. He said La Toscana. My gosh, this was the best meal I have had in a long, long time. There is a Mediterranean seafood selection on the menu and it was simply incredible. It included salmon (broiled),sole filet (lightly breaded), two gargantuan prawns, calamari, squid, and then a mussel and a scallop served on the half-shell. The sauce was olive oil and garlic based. There was a separate plate with fresh roasted veggies and potatoes. So delicious. There is a list of house wines, listed by variety. I ordered a glass of the montepulciano. It was perfect, and a huge pour. The dessert menu looked tasty, but I was too full. I would rate this place a 10 on a scale of 1 to 5 if I could. Oh yeah, and the service was impeccable. Don’t mess around. Try this one.
