Das Essen war super lecker, wir hatten Pizza, Pasta und Salat! Es ist auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert! Omas hat uns bedient und er war sehr nett und immer zur Stelle, wenn man was Neues bestellen wollte.

We were treated badly from the moment we arrived, The receptionist looked us from head to toe, placed us at a “communal” table and we were treated badly by a young man who I don't know who was from the restaurant, being snobbish and rude. We got up and left. Bad experience.

Bitte schickt die Mitarbeiter*innen alle einmal zu einer Schulung, in welcher sie lernen, wie man Gäste angemessen bewirtet! Wir haben einen sehr schlechten, unhöflichen, unaufmerksamen und unmotivierten Service von mindestens 3 Mitarbeiter*innen erlebt. Schade um das ausgegebene Geld!

The food was OK, portions were sometimes small, the service was a disaster. Our plates were cleared away even though we were still eating, the waitress reached across the table - she was in a terrible hurry. After that nothing more happened, no questions about further drink requests or dessert. We won't be coming back! What a shame!!

Wir bekamen zu unserem Steak eiskalten Brokkoli serviert. Als wir den Ober darauf ansprachen bekamen wir lapidar gesagt: Draußen ist es kalt, da ist der Brokkoli auch kalt. In unseren Augen eine absolute Unverschämtheit. Ansonsten war das Essen ok, der Service allerdings grottenschlecht.

We were there for 2 days. It was very cozy in the restaurant, unfortunately I can only give 5 points for the food as well as for the chef and all the staff. I can only recommend everyone who is here to visit the restaurant as it is delicious and great value for money. I would like to thank you again personally and also my girlfriend for the super friendly service.

Food and service are great. No long waiting times. Everything was very quick and tasty.

The spaghetti was too hard for me, the Bolognese sauce didn't suit my taste and was fairly low in meat. I would have liked to order parmesan with it. I'll never know if I got it, as I failed to get the moderately engaging waitress' attention to ask for it. Apart from me, there were only two or three other guests in the restaurant at the time. I think there is still potential for improvement.

I was in this Italian restaurant for the first time today and was very impressed by the good food. It's a nice restaurant, the staff is very friendly and very attentive to the guests. I loved the pizza, it was so delicious. Pasta dishes and other delicacies are also offered. Just stop by and try it for yourself.

Food and staff great... Price / performance is right... We will definitely come back again... Update November 2nd, 2024 great again, thank you, see you next time...

Auf der Suche nach einem Abendessen während unserer Hamburgreise haben wir dieses Lokal entdeckt und ohne Reservierung einen Tisch bekommen. Ca. 20 saisonale Gerichte wurden zusätzlich zu denen von der Speisekarte auf einer Tafel präsentiert, das hat uns fast ein bisschen überfordert... ;-) Der Kellner war freundlich, die Getränke kamen schnell. Das Ambiente war typisch italienisch mit Steinfußboden und südländischen Gemälden an der Wand, Weinflaschen als Deko. Der Beilagensalat war frisch, eine ordntliche Portion und kam mit einer Menagerie zum Selbst-Anmachen. Die Calzone-Pizza meiner Begleitung war lecker, genauso wie meine Tortellini (von der Tafel) in Gorgonzolasoße mit Kürbisstückchen und Walnüssen. Auch das Dessert, Panna Cotta, hat gut geschmeckt. Die Preise sind gehoben, aber noch in Ordnung. Wenn wir mal wieder in der Gegend sind, würde ich wieder dort hingehen.

I live on Max-Bill-Str and often eat at Losteria. I don't want to rate the food here or the service because the waiter was actually really good, but I still have to write because today's event really annoyed me Today the four of us plus the baby went to the Losteria for dinner. 3 people got their food, only me and our baby didn't. We only got our food after 30 minutes when everyone had finished eating. My child ate bread while waiting and was then full and I had to get my pizza quickly In the end the bill came to just under 100 euros, sorry but that's not possible. You have to accommodate the guests somehow. It was an uncool move 👎🏻
