We had dinner at Da Vinci yesterday because we had seen the ballet performance in the Friedenskapelle. 🧚🏼♂️ A secluded restaurant that is 110% worth a visit. It's a shame that otherwise we would never have come across the restaurant, which is within walking distance. All the better that I'm moving to Gremmendorf soon and the restaurant is 2km away. This visit will definitely be repeated. 👩🏼🤝👨🏽
Cozy ambience paired with a pleasant atmosphere, which overall invites you to linger and make the time fly by. 🥰
The pizza with red cabbage mousse, Gorgonzola, bacon and walnuts was truly one of the best pizzas I have ever eaten. 🍕
I ate there for the first time today and it's a shame that it's closing at the end of the year. I have never eaten such delicious beef fillet, and the atmosphere and the boss were also very nice. I wish everyone all the best for the future.
The restaurant is quite dark, the leather chairs are worn and have holes in them. My first thought is I'm leaving again. The memory card is extensive. The quantity is good but for the prices the quality is more suitable for a delivery service. Only the service was good but it wasn't surprising that we were the only guests. The Gorgonzola sauce was too salty and my Bolognese schnitzel was completely tasteless. The tagliatelle with fish or with a hint of fish were overpriced.
I've never eaten such terrible truffle pasta. The noodles were swimming in a watery, slightly buttery, tasteless sauce. The truffle taste was homeopathic.
The oil that was on the table was clearly not olive oil. That's quite impressive for an upscale Italian restaurant. I won't go here again.
Nice, friendly little pizzeria with a cozy atmosphere and reasonable prices. We were given a second plate without asking because we had ordered a dish for two. Highly recommended.
My mother and I's absolute favorite restaurant. Every time great quality and sensational taste and great selection. The fish and everything else is absolutely recommended, and there are also really great wines there. And the service was super friendly and attentive.
Perhaps the best option in Groß-Glienicke for a nice dinner in the evening.
The North Macedonian family team is very committed.
Pleasant atmosphere, extremely courteous service, very good food, although the wine list is somewhat limited and prices are moderately high.
PS: The “Al Lago” only opened in January, a few weeks ago. The old reviews should therefore not be taken into account.
PPS: There is now a better Italian option in Groß-Glienicke: “La Lupo” in the villa district.
Best Italian in Hamburg! Elegant ambience, attentive service, unfortunately also very demanding in terms of price. Beautiful outdoor terrace facing the Milky Way, select audience!
Always my pleasure!
We ate there again today, the food was very tasty, fast service and very nice staff. I/we can recommend it with a clear conscience. We'll be back, keep it up 👍
Absolute failure!!! Unfortunately, the ambience has absolutely nothing to do with Italy but is reminiscent of old times when the restaurant was still home-style. Rustic and old-fashioned. The service was reasonably attentive and friendly, even though it wasn't busy. The Food: I had a pizza with pork tenderloin tips, crab and cheese. Sorry, but absolutely not restaurant quality! Small pizza, industrial ingredients AND (!!!) a plastic part of the shrimp can (which the employee admitted when complaining). Although he apologized, he did not offer any compensation. Conclusion: Italians without Italian flair and soul. Every pizzeria around the corner makes better pizzas. Once and never again!!!
