I was having dinner here last Wednesday and thought for a long time about whether I should write the review or not. I would prefer not to give a star. We arrived, it was still relatively empty but the service staff were very disorganized and also made us aware of a delay in their processes. That can just happen. We sat down at a table, looked at the menu and ordered. Before ordering, I asked for an allergen description for the menu because I can only tolerate gluten in very, very small amounts. One of the waiters then searched behind the counter and then came back to the table with an explanation on his cell phone, which I found a bit unprofessional. I then chose a dish that, according to the menu, had no allergens. (Crispy cauliflower in popular sauce) First two dishes were brought to us and we had to wait another 5 minutes for the third dish and the rice as a side dish. For one thing, there was not only cauliflower in the dish but also tofu and eggplant. After I ate half of my plate, my stomach was super bloated and the food was very heavy on my stomach, and I only get that from large amounts of gluten. So I asked. The ingredients were breaded in wheat flour before the sauce was added!!!! I was offered to order a different dish four times, but with a bloated stomach, you're simply no longer hungry. The other two finished cooking and we paid. Another half-hearted apology was made and after I said again that it just wasn't possible, the film really started. The waiter I spoke to said that if I had ordered from him this wouldn't have happened, he could have told me and they couldn't do anything about it now because they didn't print the cards. (Huh? Man Please take a look at this before sending it to the printer). Then he said that it was the only dish where the allergen description wasn't correct. I then pointed out to him that actually all dishes contain soy sauce and that an A should stand for wheat flour because that's part of it. I was then answered that there was no soy sauce in the dishes. (There is only soy sauce in about every second dish on the menu...) The highlight was that I had to pay the full price and after paying I was offered another ginger tea as "compensation"... I just said that because of the service, I would have found it better not to have to pay for the food or only part of it. Then it was said that it was difficult to cancel (WITH CASH PAYMENT) and I was offered several times to order something else. What century are we living in, please? The money thing was okay because of me, but the saddest thing was how we dealt with the situation and the discussion at the end instead of showing insight. An absolute NO-GO for me. I really hope that the menu will be revised and, as is required across the EU, the allergens will be declared correctly and completely to avoid such experiences in the future.
