TERRIBLE customer service on call. I orderded Lamm Korma through Uber Eats, and the order arrived. The rice and the lamm korma were packaged in the same aluminium box packaging. When I lifted it, half the lamm korma leaked out of the packaging and fell because that side was heavier. I called to complain about the packaging and this man tells me why didn't I write a note that I wanted the rice and the lamm korma in separate packages, because they would have to charge extra. How was I supposed to magically know they serve it in the same package? Then he says thank you and cuts the call.

Update to my post 11 months ago. The place is getting worse and worse. Unfortunately, it's still the best kebab in the area, but generally a run-of-the-mill kebab is now even worse. I hope something better opens in the area soon, with better quality and respect for customers. You always have to wait a long time for your turn, until you get your order in hand. ##### It was outrageous that they charged extra for sauces, even though I ordered a kebab plate and wanted the sauces served separately, not on the plate. ###### Actually, the sauce is included, but hey, what can you expect from such a rude, disrespectful employee who looks like a cheap imitation of 4 Blocks. Bye, never again, I'd rather drive to Wedding. ######### Unfortunately, it's not what it used to be. I suspect it also depends heavily on the staff who makes your doner or kebab. The doner kebab here remains fresh, but the meat is getting smaller and smaller, even if you pay extra for the BIG option, and unfortunately, it's still quite dry. My wife and I always enjoyed ordering here, but now we only order out of necessity.

Unfortunately, my visit to Istanbul Grill was a real disappointment. The food was cold, the meat had a strange consistency and I had an unpleasant feeling in my mouth afterwards; it didn't seem really fresh. The side dishes were unloving and the service was unfriendly and disinterested. I would have expected a lot more for the prices. Overall, this restaurant is in my top 5 worst restaurants I have ever visited. I will definitely not be coming back and cannot recommend it to anyone.
