Gourmet restaurant with a nice ambience, a bit noisy when the restaurant is busy, but this also speaks for its popularity. Nice view of Bamberg. The food is exactly what you would expect for something special. Adequate (fortunately not too generous) portions. Friendly, but busy staff. The meals were served together at the correct time for our group of 12 people. Good selection of wines and other drinks. Conclusion: A good, beautifully located place to enjoy fine food in a lively atmosphere.

This time we had lunch here and it was excellent. If you have a taste for Greece, you can get it here. We had Gyros, Tzatziki, Bifteki Greek Salad, Octopus with Ice Soup as well. Everything is really authentic, the environment, the service and especially the kitchen. I believe that even the wine and desserts are truly Mediterranean.

Just great, definitely worth it and the food is just great

Nice staff from SC Kreuz. The drinks were brought quickly, the food took a long time but was delicious! Was a bit chaotic.

One last review since “Zum Spiro” has been closed! A few years ago the food was great. Now it has closed, we were denied one last visit.
