I'll start with a WOW. We only discovered the restaurant because we booked the Parkhotel as a little break. A very young team, always trying hard, friendly, courteous, warm and simply inspiring. After some experiences in 1*e and 2*e restaurants, all we can say is... we wish Lukas Hoffmann and his team that he gets at least one soon. This variety of flavors, the loving visual creation of the dishes and the seasonality and regionality leave nothing to be desired. A very special thank you goes to the Junior Sommelièr Franziska Prenzel, who was a "wish fulfiller" before making the reservation and accompanied us individually throughout the evening.
