In and of itself, it is not enough to rate the location as a whole with five stars. What is experienced there exceeds the "normal" area of ​​gastronomy. We were warmly welcomed right at the beginning, as if we were familiar guests explained. We decided on the 5-course menu and at the end we received five additional greetings from the kitchen. At first we had a hard time tasting individual notes, which got better and better over the course of the various courses, with appropriate explanations. I could fill more pages and rave about it. Unfortunately, we didn't enjoy any course of our menu. The dishes were creative and unusually prepared, as is usual in star restaurants, but the taste was not consistent. An example of this is the strong cabbage taste of the black cabbage leaves in the otherwise sweet dessert. The service gave us the impression that a job was being done here. In any case, there was no passion for one's own actions, so there was no warm atmosphere. We would have liked to at least have been asked before a new bottle of mineral water was opened, as we like to switch to still water for dessert. We found the industrial design ambience appealing. Unfortunately, the chairs without armrests do not invite you to linger for a long time.
