The chef and his great team really impressed us with their Martinsgans menu! It is an experience to be a guest at Philipp-Soldan. I would particularly like to highlight Mr. Fynn Garthe with his friendly, open-minded nature and his courteous, impeccable service. Mr. Garthe's wine advice and presentation were perfect.
