I love the food at Mr Bales! Not only is it delicious, but it is also made from local products. Whenever I am in the region, at least one visit is mandatory.

Rump steak with rosemary potatoes and asparagus, highly recommended, as well as the schnitzel with asparagus. Nice little restaurant, very nice service!

Nice and smiling service, food always fresh and quickly served, kebab - the best in the area. Wherever I eat, I always come back to Jiyan Kebab Haus. I recommend it to anyone who likes to eat well ;)

Very nice restaurant in pleasant surroundings. The service staff is very good and careful. Even if you have intolerances, you can choose something from the normal menu and we will discuss with the guest which things may need to be left out. The food was very good and came quite quickly. The prices are reasonable.

We had a happy girls' evening with good food and friendly service in a cozy atmosphere. The restaurant is busy, so you might want to book in advance.

Unfortunately, the opening times are only available at random. We've wanted to have lunch a few times, but our journey has always been in vain. Now we will never try again.

The service was very friendly and accommodating. The atmosphere was excellent, you immediately felt at home. The selection of dishes on offer was great. There is really a coherent concept here. The food itself was very good, no finished products. The only criticism is the long waiting time. However, I was only there once and you don't know what was going on that day. In short: thank you very much and we will be back.

Very good food, very good service, the people who work in this restaurant are all friendly and smiling. The food is very good, including the pepperoni appetizer. It's wonderful, they have a lot of garlic. But together everything looks really good. I love this restaurant, one of the best in Zittau.

The hotel is located in a historic building, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. The location right in the city center is also a plus. The rest of the building is simple and has been renovated at some point with little attention to detail. The biggest drawback, however, was the inadequate heating in winter. It's uncomfortable when you can only barely keep warm with the duvet.
