So for 5 stars you need more. The buffet was very clear, nothing great. Relatively small selection. The taste is ok. The staff was very nice. You could also eat outside, which is a big plus in these temperatures. I don't want to say more, tastes are different

We were there for the second time within a short space of time and celebrated my 60th birthday there. The service is simply top notch, from ordering to service to billing. The food is great, fresh ingredients and little additions from the house. All 12 guests were more than satisfied. Summary: gladly again at any time!

Worst customer service ever! We went to this restaurant while traveling in Dresden, and the owner's behavior was shockingly rude. Since we were trying the food for the first time, we placed a small order initially. After liking it, we ordered again, but instead of serving with a smile, the owner rudely told us to order everything at once or leave. Such arrogance and disrespect towards customers are unacceptable! We immediately canceled the rest of our order and left. If you want to be insulted while spending your money, this is the place for you. Ate a pizza in Heidenau today after many years, never again. It used to be so delicious in the dough house and today it's just rubbish. I don't know if the salami pizza even had salami on it because of all the cheese. In any case, it didn't taste like anything except herbs, which were plentiful.

I remember it being so delicious and when I visited I was so disappointed and shocked by the staff there and the food. The food is disgusting. Way too expensive. Very unfriendly staff and the atmosphere…. I feel really sick now… never again!
