Gute Küche und freundliches Personal. Eins der wenigen Highlights, die es in ludwigshafen noch gibt. Leider schließt auch diese gute Gastronomie zum Ende des Jahres :-(
We have eaten here very often. I love the lamb fillet with garlic sauce - for me it's one of my top 2 favorite Greek dishes. In contrast to many other Greeks, price/performance is really good here. Service is nice and familiar. If there are larger companies there may be waiting times, but where is this not the case? In summer it's nice to sit outside on the terrace. The only disadvantage: I almost got shot down from the sports field next door, maybe there is still room for improvement because I wasn't as relaxed anymore :-)
The kebab itself is really good, the other dishes are also absolutely ok, the price is right. The staff is great except for the older gentleman, probably the boss, at least that's what he does. I've known the store for a long time, you can see how the hype changes people. Too bad. My opinion.
Unfortunately we had to wait over 3 hours for the food. Other guests who arrived much later received their food before us. We only ordered normal schnitzel. Unfortunately not recommended.
Restaurant a disaster
You are thrown out because of an unpleasant smell due to an illness that you can't help. Great staff (irony) I'll never set foot there again.
I gave one star because you can't give zero stars, but this kebab was the worst kebab in my entire life. My friend and I paid €14 for it for two drinks and two small kebabs, the guys charged us for €1 100% calf meat he suddenly says yes, it tastes like pork, a Fanta Exotic costs €4.50
Super cozy atmosphere, nice and quick landlady/landlady/kitchen; very good and plentiful food, even dark wheat beer!
This location thrives on the empathy of the operators, you feel very comfortable all around!
Absolutely recommended!
Anyone who complains here or gives out extremely questionable and subjective fake reviews should serve themselves a frozen pizza with a can of ravioli (if they can do it at all) instead of blocking seats in this great restaurant!
A nice little journey through time :)
The Zur Linde restaurant has a pretty old-fashioned atmosphere, chairs, benches, tables, lamps, curtains - everything looks as if it could easily be 25 or 40 years old, but everything is also very well maintained and clean. Unfortunately, the selection of vegetarian dishes leaves something to be desired, but I was able to choose a grilled sheep's cheese and order fries with it. The portion of fries was really big! 😃
There were also 2 toasts as a free gift. My friend ordered a minced steak with feta and her meal was also very tasty and she got a generously sized portion.
All in all, we don't quite understand why there wasn't a single other guest there during our entire stay. We were also just in the area by chance and stumbled here spontaneously.
All in all, we just want to say that the atmosphere in the restaurant was really very pleasant, and the service and the host were friendly. The prices are really very fair. If we're ever in the area again, we'd love to come back!
