Ambience & Atmosphere (🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟) The atmosphere is really nice – modern, cozy and stylishly furnished. It was pleasantly empty so you could eat in peace. The atmosphere appears well thought out and invites you to linger. 3. Service (🌟🌟) The first impression was good: the service was friendly and the order came quickly. Unfortunately, there was a clear weak point with the cappuccino: Even though it was included in the menu, we had to wait over 30 minutes before we could even order it - and again until it was brought. There was clearly a lack of attention at the table. 4. Food & Drink (🌟🌟🌟🌟) The taste of the food was convincing. We had a menu with burgers, fries and homemade lemonade. Everything was fresh and tasty, but the presentation was rather simple. The cappuccino was okay – not a highlight, but okay. 5. Value for money (🌟🌟) At around €20 per person, the menu is at the upper end for a burger shop. The taste is good, but considering the waiting time and portion size, it seems a bit overpriced overall. Okay for an occasional visit, but not for regular visits. 6. Accessibility & Location (📍) Hans im Glück is centrally located in the Schwanenmarkt in Krefeld city center - so easily accessible on foot or by public transport. If you come by car, you have to expect an expensive parking garage directly in Schwanenmarkt. 7. Overall impression / conclusion (🌟🌟🌟) Delicious food in a great atmosphere, but with room for improvement in terms of service and value for money. Ideal for an occasional visit when you want to treat yourself - but not for everyday use. Anyone who values ​​atmosphere will feel at home here.

DISGUSTING! I was there earlier and ordered 2 things to take away. When I get home, I open the box and see: disgusting meat, raw fries and what I didn't want (extra said) was on it!

Pizza had no taste and ingredients very economical. Indian curry totally watery and 6 small pieces of meat. They don't have the Monster Energy 0.5 liter burner, instead they have a cheap 0.3 liter Energy burner from Netto and the whole thing costs around 31 euros including a tip. SEE FOR YOURSELF, ORDER ONCE AND NEVER AGAIN.

Ordered pizza with salami for delivery over the phone, received pizza with tuna instead of salami. After a long conversation, the gentleman on the phone agreed to send another pizza, but this time with salami, as usual. After 1.5 hours the pizza arrived, but it was only half the size of the one we ordered and, as you can see from the photos, it didn't look particularly appetizing. The overall situation should actually be worth one star, but I'm giving it two because the second pizza was delivered and the delivery driver was very polite.

I have ordered here several times and always enjoy it. The prawns are very tasty in different variations. The sardines with rosemary potatoes are also highly recommended. I'm already looking forward to the next order, keep it up 😊👍👍

Yes, it is huge and there is very good food like chicken pizza etc. And there is a bakery with delicious coffee or tea (or water). And it's quiet in the bakery.
