After 20 minutes of waiting, our order was finally ready. When we wanted to leave, we noticed that the order had been taken incorrectly and when we informed the waiter it took another 10 minutes. Final result Burger was completely soggy 👎
The kebab tastes good. However, I have to criticize the fact that there is less and less content in the kebab. If you hold the kebab closed, you can't even see what's inside. There is a lot of savings here when it comes to content.
Delivered on time, pizza and pasta delicious. A pizza had a lot of liquid spilled into the box, they immediately offered to bring a new pizza, which happened quickly - great service, thank you!
The food is very tasty and the ambience is really nice. What is absolutely not okay is that due to the downsizing of the café there is no longer a barrier-free toilet. And then it is also said that the requirements are not necessary and there is not enough space. That's probably a bad joke and, in this day and age, an impertinence, especially because things used to be different. You could also think about building a large unisex toilet for everyone out of the two existing toilets, so that there would also be space for a changing table and in which older people with walkers would also be able to cope better. It's a shame and disappointing 😔 I was so surprised on site that I couldn't react properly and the apology, which was certainly meant seriously, unfortunately doesn't help me in this case either.
Very pleasant environment.

Everything went even more relaxed.
We didn't knowingly cycle on the Rumpenheim ferry,
which stops operating at 6 p.m. on summer weekends.
Bringing a bicycle and crutches over the lock bridge with a handicap was a big challenge.
