One of the few pubs left over from the pub scene of the 80s (LUCKILY). I was here 40 years ago and almost nothing has changed, nice that it still exists 👍🌟👍🌟👍🌟👍🌟👍🌟

Good Italian with a nice outdoor area.

Christmas party at L’Orangerie… wow… expectations were high. But unfortunately I was a bit disappointed. The food for us adults was normal. The food for the children was just plain, like in a snack bar... even the little one complained. The next Christmas party will be somewhere else.

The food was good, the place was full. We were there on Saturday and we have been there many times. All in all, a top address in Darmstadt. However, there is a small deduction regarding the tall, slim waiter. He shouted very loudly with his colleagues and exuded an extremely unpleasant restlessness. It was busy, but all the other waiters were relaxed.

So I don't understand some of the negative reviews. I really know pizza, I think. The huge number of pizzerias in Germany that only sell their oven pizzas with analogue cheese and pressed meat makes you feel sick. At Pizzeria Roma, however, you feel like you're in Italy! The cheese, the tomatoes, the dough... Everything is almost 100% like in a pizzeria in Italy. Simply delicious. There are pizzerias here that are rated 4.2 or so, even though they serve really horrible German Gouda pizza, with German or doner salami. Terrible. But they are probably rated well precisely because they meet the German Wagner pizza taste. If you have a VERA Pizza, you will go to Pizzeria Roma.

The food was ice cold. Absolutely inedible and a shame to give something like that over the counter!

Very attentive service, delicious food and relaxed atmosphere! Absolutely recommended!

Were there by chance. The best veal scaloppine eaten so far. Absolute recommendation!!!

Service and ambience good. There is still a lot of room for improvement at the buffet. The Teppanyaki grill does not have sauces, so meat and fish are served with little seasoning. You can add some of the four sauces available from the buffet, but that doesn't really change the taste. The mussels and fish didn't taste particularly good either. Probably not good quality. We were also not impressed by the small selection of sushi. The rice was hard, relatively tasteless. We really liked the coconut chicken soup.

Amazing food, different cultures, come and try

Food was tasty and enough to fill you up. However, the prices are insulting and there is too much pubic hair in the soup. Waiter stinks of curry. After the visit I had salmonella and fatty diarrhea. Not recommended!!!

Will you recently had a celebration lunch here with friends and everything was incredible, especially the value for money but also friendliness, speed, interior and quality of the food :) Gerne wieder!

I couldn’t believe it’s this cheap for the quantity. The quality is fine at least not salty which I prefer. But I recommend to visit when they are not busy to get a better service.

The branch in DA-Bessungen offers around 25 flavors of ice cream that change daily. Our vouchers were accepted after a quick call to the boss. The staff were very friendly. The ice cream tasted very good, as did the hot chocolate. I would actually like to give it 5 stars if it weren't for the normal price of 2.00 euros per ball (as of 2025), which I think is very sporty.
