Great location in the Martinsviertel. Outside in summer. Very nice . Unfortunately it took a long time for the food to arrive, starter after main course

I have always been very satisfied so far. This evening I was there and just wanted to order some pasta with cream sauce for my little daughter, we're feeling a little sick and didn't want to bother cooking. We ordered this from the service employee (he was very friendly). After 40 minutes I asked if our food was ready, but unfortunately he forgot about us and said that there was no cream sauce but only carbonara sauce. (Isn't that basically the same sauce?)(The place was very full and I understood, it can happen sometimes). He apologized profusely and assured me that he would take care of it and reorder it. After more than an hour I went back to the restaurant and asked if the food was ready yet. The employee's reaction was: oh yes, I'll take a look in the kitchen. It gave me the impression that it had been there for a while. When I got home, it was the wrong pasta, there was no sauce on it but a lot of pepper and that was for my four-year-old daughter (he noticed that it was for my daughter). I brought the noodles back and didn't even want my money back. That's a real shame and I'm annoyed that I have to be annoyed.

Best pizza in Darmstadt. The dough is prepared with love, the boss and staff do a great job. It's especially nice to sit outside in front of the pizzeria in summer.

I can only recommend the pizza here and the staff is very accommodating. The outdoor area is in a quieter area in the Martinsviertel, which makes it very pleasant. The ambience inside is also beautifully designed. The only thing I find a bit unpleasant is the noise inside when the restaurant is very full. I can definitely recommend sitting outside.

We were here yesterday with the Schlemmerblock. I was last there years ago and had good memories, but unfortunately I wasn't convinced yesterday. We had made a reservation, unfortunately it didn't work out outside and we were added. Alternatively, we could have sat inside. We had to wait an hour for our starter (caprese) and the pizzas were brought out almost at the same time. Unfortunately the burata was out and instead there was mozzarella on the burata pizza (we were asked in between, but it's still a shame). The pizza was quite tasty, but unfortunately the edge was a bit burnt. No card payment possible, which is simply incomprehensible to me and ultimately leads to 3 stars. The service was very friendly. But overall our visit was unfortunately not that convincing, we probably won't come back, what a shame!

Delicious pizza but with a long waiting time of over 1.5 hours

We arrived at the restaurant and wanted to ask for a table but none of the waiters paid us any attention. When we actively asked for a table again, we were offered a table. Unfortunately the waiters were still rather unfriendly. In addition, the waiting time was very long. Payment was only possible in cash or via Paypal through friends and family. We were not offered an invoice or receipt. Payment was very unpleasant and unfriendly.

The pizzas came quite quickly. Prices relatively normal. However, the chairs are hard and new ones would be appropriate. There were no problems with the gourmet block.

No card payment. At least you can pay via PayPal. Pizza was ok. When it gets more crowded, it gets quite loud. Several glasses of beer (which we hadn't ordered) were (accidentally) spilled over our table. There was no other excuse than that.

Great service, the waitresses are really on their toes and the food was served at an incredible speed. The food has never come so quickly. Pizzas were very tasty and crispy and the side salad was fresh and the dressing was delicious. The volume level was a little high, but acceptable.

Only the pizza 🍕 is recommended. The aroma is known and good. It seems like the leadership is a little weaker or missing. That would be a shame. Table was occupied twice with a slot of 2 hours. This was not communicated when making the reservation or upon arrival. After slightly controversial discussions, it was regulated positively. But it just doesn't work that way. Billing and payment at the checkout is still not transparent and unfortunately no longer up to date. It's a shame to see such a beautiful location and good pizzeria slowly losing quality. Wake up before it's too late.

Our pizzas were very salty! inedible! We didn't even eat half of it.

We were here for lunch and were completely satisfied. There was a great lunch special for 10.50 euros. Delicious salad, really good pizza and an espresso at the end. The homemade lemonade was also great. The positive experience was rounded off by the very nice waiter. We will be back definitely.

I ordered by phone. I actually wanted to go there almost a month ago, but they were closed until February 6th, so I went somewhere else and regretted being in the non-Italian place. So if you want a real Italian pizza you MUST go to Roma. Reminded me of the pizza in Pisa. Wowwww.. wanted to buy one again yesterday, I'll definitely get it soon. My favorite pizza shop. I only came across this because of an Instagram survey, I don't usually like eating outside.

A very unique, simply designed pizzeria with an atmosphere

Finally had a really good pizza in Darmstadt again. .

Our pizzas were really incredibly tasty 😍 the pizza bread was also super fluffy and aromatic. The yeast dough was one of the best we have ever eaten. Unfortunately the carbonara wasn't satisfactory. The egg was completely set and the protein was also included in the sauce. We would recommend the pizzeria if you want to eat authentic, aromatic and absolutely tasty pizza. We would advise against the pasta. The restaurant is rustically furnished and not particularly cozy. The pizzeria still has charm. However, we would have wished that the service staff had been a little more present. For example, we were no longer asked if we would like something to drink. This can definitely be expanded. Nevertheless we will come back.

Deservedly one of my favorite local pizza places! :) I've been there many times, whether with family or friends, and I had nothing to complain about. Everything that has been ordered so far has tasted great. We've sat both outside and inside, the service is always very friendly and you don't have to wait forever for your order to be taken. Most of the time we took the pizza-to-go, which you have to pick up yourself, but that wasn't a problem for me. Please always keep the pizza bruschetta :D. You are great!

A small corner locker cozy and stylishly furnished. The pizza is really great. If you want to eat a great pizza you definitely have to stop by there.

Food and drink as well as staff is very good. Unfortunately there is no receipt, it is added up using a calculator and only cash payment is possible. Although you can't even spend 3 euros. There is a receipt requirement in the catering industry. It is high time that card payments are made compulsory in Germany and cash is finally abolished. If Sweden and India can do that, we should also manage honest taxation of all services.

Sensationally good pizza with wonderfully thin, crispy dough. Rich toppings, high-quality ingredients. It's a shame that the place gets incredibly loud when there are a lot of guests there. Something that bothers me personally, but that's a personal shortcoming.

Ich habe eine Pasta bestellt. War jetzt für eine Pasta Bolognese nichts besonderes und hätte besser gewürzt sein können. Preis war für die Portion auch nicht sonderlich preiswert.

Eine wirklich gemütliche Pizzeria. Sie haben wirklich gute vegetarische Optionen. Die Pizzen sind super lecker und die Menge ist wirklich gut für eine Person. Das Ambiente des Ortes hat mir sehr gut gefallen.

Wir haben die Hochzeit meiner Tochter in der Pizzeria Roma gefeiert. Es war großartig! Eine laue Sommernacht, die phantastische Gastreundschaft eines italienischen Familienbetriebs, tolles leckeres Essen und liebevoller professioneller Service. Schöner konnte es nicht sein.

Pizza war okay, Pastagericht sehr tomatenlasrig, wenig Ruccola und Käse, die Bedienung etwas lahm. Die Rechnung sehr phantasievoll, getippt auf einem Taschenrechner mit langen Nägeln. Dann kann man sich schon mal vertippen, oder doch nicht?? Es war mir dann zu blöd. Bezahlt und weg. Draußen ist es schön, innen etwas schmuddelig. Scheinbar läuft es bei anderen Kunden besser. Die Tische draußen waren alle belegt. Schade, könnte besser sein.

Super leckere Steinofen Pizza Den Service mussten wir öfter Mal auffordern nach uns zu sehen. Sie waren aber alle sehr freundlich. Ambiente ist nett.

Pizza sehr lecker - wir kommen wieder

Wenn man telefonisch eine Reservierung annimmt, sollte für den entspr. Abend keine geschlossene Gesellschaft gebucht sein.

Die Pizza hat geschmeckt, den Teig fand ich besonders gut. Die Atmosphäre im Restaurant ist schön und die Preise attraktiv.

Etwas lange Wartezeit, aber leckere Pizza

Mein Sohn, 11 Jahre alt, und ich, haben spontan einen Tisch ergattern können. Aufmerksam auf die Pizzeria (im wunderschönen Martinsviertel gelegen) geworden bin ich über eine Bloggerin bei Pinterest. Es war einfach toll, wir würden super lieb begrüßt und fühlten uns sehr wohl. Es war spannend zu beobachten, wie viele Menschen ein- und ausgingen, wie lebhaft es zuging. Highlight meines Sohnes, war unter anderem der Mops, der sich regelmäßig Streicheleinheiten abholte. Zum Essen kann ich nur sagen, dass unsere Pizza sehr gut geschmeckt hat, die Auswahl war groß. Beim Bezahlen war ich überrascht, hatte deutlich mehr erwartet. Wir empfehlen die Pizzeria auf jeden Fall weiter. Tolles Essen, toller Service, super Preise.

Ausstattung und Service eher unspektakulär aber die Pizzen sind sehr gut und dazu gibt es auch gute Weine, Biere selbstverständlich auch. Viele Gäste aus der Nachbarschaft, aber auch als "Fremder" fühlt man sich willkommen. Es lohnt sich zu fragen, was es gerade noch so gibt, was nicht auf der Karte steht.

Mega leckere Pizza! Wir waren seit längerer Zeit mal wieder in der Pizzeria Roma und waren sowas von positiv überrascht. Obwohl alle Tische belegt waren, fand die super freundliche Bedienung noch ein Eckchen für uns. Wir nahmen einmal Pizza, einmal Pasta und teilten uns als Vorspeise einen Salat. Alles war frisch und hat sehr lecker geschmeckt. Mein Highlight ist definitiv die Pizza, die meiner Meinung nach die leckerste in Darmstadt ist. Kommen jetzt wieder öfter, weil, lohnt sich! ;)

Das Essen war einfach spitzen Klasse 👌🏼 Der Service war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt da wir mit unseren beiden Kindern da waren. Super Familienfreundlich und aufmerksam war die Chefin. Das Ambiente hat uns ebenfalls beeindruckt. Immer wieder gerne und auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert. Den Lieferservice haben wir auch schon ausprobiert und alles war Tip Top 👍🏼 :-)

Unglaublich lecker selten eine so gute Pizza gegessen

Die Pizza war lecker. Allerdings langsamer Service (mussten über eine Stunde auf das Essen warten) Auch läuft ein Hund durchs restaurant der ein Meter entfernt von unserem Tisch erstmal das Bein hebt und hinpinkelt (im Lokal) - hat niemanden von Person interessiert.

Ich war heute mit meinem Freund das erste mal in der Pizzeria Roma und bin super zufrieden. Meine Eltern führen selbst eine Pizzeria in einer anderen Stadt deshalb konnte ich es gut vergleichen. Das Ambiente ist super einfach aber eine hammer Atmosphäre. Nicht zuviel TamTam, denn das braucht es auch gar nicht. Die Pizza, als auch mein Fischteller waren überragend und die Teller waren bis zum Rand voll. Für diesen Preis kann man absolut nichts dazu sagen. Einen Stern nur Abzug beim Service. Da hatte ich etwas das Gefühl, dass nur zum hinbringen oder abräumen des Essens gekommen wird, aber der Laden war auch voll. Wir werden definitiv öfter kommen.

Authentisches italienisches Restaurant. Das Essen und vor allem die Pizzen waren sehr reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich, mit hochwertigen Zutaten. Die Atmosphäre war sehr jugendlich und modern sowie familiär. Obwohl der Ort sehr voll war, war die Behandlung der Kellner gut und es war zu sehen, dass sie die Situation unter Kontrolle hatten. Sehr empfehlenswertes Restaurant, wir werden auf jeden Fall in Zukunft wiederkommen!
