Simply fantastic people and of course the food tastes very good too :D Overall VERY satisfied with everything!!! :) Update 2022: I was diagnosed with celiac disease and thought I would never be able to eat here again BUT Maurizio actually has gluten-free pasta in their range, they also know what celiac disease means and act accordingly ..which is unfortunately often not the case in restaurants. So far I've never had a reaction and I react very strongly to even the smallest amount of gluten. So grateful for that ♡

The food, whether starter, main course or pizza, is all incredibly tasty and made from excellent, high-quality ingredients. You are greeted with a handshake and farewell, even though we are not regular guests, but we will definitely be soon :-). The staff generally very friendly and attentive. Very nice sitting in the “winter garden”.

We were here for the first time today and certainly not the last time. Friends who often eat here invited us. The food was really really tasty. Very tastefully prepared. The service was attentive, positive, humorous and very personable. The atmosphere is very inviting, modern and special. We would like to come back very soon. Special thanks to our waiter, whose name we unfortunately didn't ask, but he knew many languages ​​and organized a great dessert for us.

Small but nice - that's how you could describe the hotel in two words. Friendly staff and excellent cuisine. If you want to spend time here, you should plan for the long term. Highly recommended! Sufficient parking for electric cars, very nice beer garden and not far from the center of Rastatt.

Our visit is not recommended. We had dinner with friends at Schützen on March 22, 2025 and were looking forward to good German-bourgeois cuisine. Unfortunately, the food was dripping with fat, the frozen schnitzel patties and the pork medallions were sour and bad. We complained about the pork medallions and then got the dish replaced. Unfortunately, this time the meat was not baked until tender and rosy, but rather bloody. Unfortunately, the schnapps that was brought to the house as an excuse for the “bad food” took things even further. Jägermeister with crumbs and no herbal taste. It's a shame ☹️
