The food at the Mishi Mishi Sushi Restaurant was generally very tasty, but the overall visit was disappointing. The ordering function via the tablet didn't work at all. Some dishes that I had ordered were not delivered at all, while others that I had not ordered suddenly ended up on my table en masse. In the end I was even brought 8 additional types of sushi that I neither ordered nor could eat. Nevertheless, the boss wanted me to pay 1 euro each for them. I find that absolutely disgraceful. It's a shame, because the food itself really had potential. Because of this chaotic organization and the unprofessional handling, I only give it 2 stars.

Very tasty and high quality food, the largest selection of dishes in general that I have ever had with an all you can eat with tray order. We will definitely come back. Only the soups are portioned too much for my taste, but still very tasty 😋

We've been coming since the store has a new owner. At first the sushi was very good. We were there recently and the sushi was very lacking. Too bad.

My friends have eaten there several times and have always found it good. That's why they recommended this restaurant to us... We went out to eat together in the evening. We ordered a soup that was mild according to the menu, but was extremely spicy. The sushi and salmon bowl tasted weird. After consuming it I felt nauseous and had stomach problems and vomiting for 2 days. The remaining orders were all very tasty, but the strange-tasting salmon spoiled the evening and the days that followed. Unfortunately, we also had the problem that ordering via the tablet didn't work smoothly and a few orders didn't arrive at all.

If you don't expect any special sushi quality you won't be disappointed and it's ok. However, compared to good sushi restaurants, you have to make some compromises.

Absolutely not recommended. Went there for dinner on Saturday evening based on a voucher. The ordering system via the taplet did not work properly. The food came to the table one at a time. The food we ordered didn't come. In round 3, there was still no food from round 1. When asked, we were simply told to order again... And so on... The table next to us gets the whole round of food at once.. We only get a single bowl.. .. Absolutely no go... Never again

Food: OK Service: Ordering with the tablet hardly worked (not just for us). Over half of the food didn't come. The service repeatedly regretted this and asked us to order again because the kitchen was overwhelmed and there was something wrong with the WiFi. Strange: it apparently worked better at other tables. Ambiance: modern - with an Asian touch Conclusion: even if the bottle of wine was on the house. I won't go there anymore.

The food is quite okay. I would have liked smaller portions so I could try several things. Or if you know that, you can share it too.

Food didn't come, or it came way too late. We had the feeling that half of the things we ordered just didn't come. Some dishes tasted like they had been warmed up. Sushi was good. In general it was very disorganized this evening.

Great location, very nicely decorated inside, food is simply great. It's absolutely amazing in the evening and the Japanese grill is really great. It's best in the evening because the selection is simply huge. But it's ok at lunchtime too

I went there for lunch to try out the buffet. The selection is less than in the evening, but still plenty. Some dishes, like the fried rice with curry, were very salty or oily (vegetable or fish) and also lacked a choice of sauces and spiciness. The sushi, on the other hand, is very tasty, but it was served without wasabi and ginger, which is actually a must. The conditions VERY friendly and helpful. The ambience is nice and there is even the opportunity to sit at low tea tables (chabudai). If you just go by the sushi alone, this restaurant is the clear winner compared to the other buffet restaurants in the region. The variety and variations alone are great and even greater in the evening. And the price is unbeatable considering what you pay for a sushi plate in other restaurants. For me personally, as a sushi lover, it is definitely worth a visit. What I personally also like is that you have to wait about 10 minutes before you can order the next 5 dishes. This way you don't order too much at once, notice that you're slowly getting full and prevent food from being thrown away.

Unfriendly staff, orders have to be made from a small tablet, no consideration given for those with accessibility requirements. Also no info provided re allergens / ingredients.

An ok place for sushi and other grilled dishes. The interior design is a blend of Nordic and Asian, but in a pleasant way. The buffet menu assortment is a little narrow for sushi. The fish tastes different than other sushi places, not sure that's a plus. The kitchen is efficient but diverse supplies are visible from the dinning area. I wouldn't visit again.

First, when I got to the restaurant I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to greet me. When I asked about the Wi-Fi they said, "There is no Wi-Fi here." Then my table ordered tropical fruits but they brought us a plate of withered, spoiled fruits while the table next to us got a plate of fresh, delicious fruits. Why is there such discrimination in a 4-star Japanese restaurant? The prices of drinks are extremely high. Before I went to this restaurant, I thought that there would be lots of delicious dishes at reasonable prices and free Wi-Fi. Overall it was a terrible experience!

Mishi Mishi in Rastatt is a typical sushi all-you-can-eat restaurant that offers good value for money. The menu offers a wide range of Asian-inspired dishes, from sushi to curries and ramen to fried rice and duck. Everything was well prepared, as you would expect in such restaurants, and the portions were more than sufficient, although the rice in the nigiri was a bit too much. At €15.90 for lunch, Mishi Mishi is relatively cheap. The service was friendly and attentive, and the empty plates were cleared away quickly. Card payment is possible, but Amex is not accepted. A great restaurant for anyone who likes to eat a lot.

Stable Japanese cuisine. Balanced selection of sushi. Very courteous staff. Waiting times between orders were pleasantly short. The only thing I personally missed was takojaki. All in all, a well-rounded affair.

The concept is pretty cool. All you can eat... You get a tablet and choose your food. Sushi isn't my thing right now... But there are other things to eat too. You order and it doesn't always come in the order you ordered. Not all of the waitresses were friendly, you were served by several people. Overall, something different, I didn't necessarily have to go there, but it was tasty and, as I said, something different...

The Mishi Mishi in Rastatt is a great alternative to other/similar restaurants. Here you order with your tablet, see everything in beautiful pictures beforehand and then get it freshly served. Price/performance - we think - definitely fits here. If you like sushi, this is the place for you.

The super delicious food. A super modern restaurant where everything is well thought out. The dishes are very nicely prepared. Very friendly service. We would definitely come back and definitely recommend it.

It has become our favorite All you can eat! We tried both menus and obviously the evening one has a wider choice but I must say that lunch is also an excellent compromise compared to the price you pay. Very nice environment 🔝👍👍

To be honest, this is not the best sushi I had. Most of the time I have much better but to be honest that was not in Germany (may be this is “German style sushi”?). The tablet and app to order ia convenient but staff is not using the features. As such you cannot see what food is still underway. As it comes slow, or not, and completely random you have no idea if you still have dishes to come. Staff is not particularly talkative. They smash the plate on the table and run off. And the restaurant is far from crowded. But, I am not saying not to go there. The menu is extensive, the price is reasonable for “all-you-can-eat (€29 ex drinks) and the place is nice decorated with plenty of space between the tables and is clean. As a test I ordered my dessert despite the fact that I am still waiting for a hot dish. Dessert is on the table and I don’t trust the hot dish will ever come……

We were at Mishi Mishi for the first time on May 3, 2024 at lunchtime. I find the concept of tablets totally pointless. The selection wasn't very big either. It would have been better to have a buffet and save on staff instead of having a waiter bring a portion of food to the table every few minutes. But the most important thing is the quality of the food, and we found it to be really bad. Had ordered different dishes and EVERYTHING simply tasted bland and neutral, ZERO salt or pepper or other spices, ZERO. Beef and pork taste like shoe soles. Anyone who is used to Asian cuisine with various delicious sauces will not find what they are looking for here. Dry rice with dry beef or pork/chicken. Spring roll is served with 2 drops of sweet/sour sauce. Baked banana with 1 drop of honey. So that was our first and last visit to Mishi Mishi. We drove here from Gaggenau and were really disappointed. Maybe the sushi is great, but we didn't try it. There was also very little going on for a Friday lunchtime. We often eat Asian food but we could have done it ourselves at home.

Great all you can eat Japanese, which also has something for people who don't like sushi. Very great ordering system, so you can try everything on the menu if you want.

Reopening at the site of the former imperial palace (no shame in that). Stylish new interior, tablet ordering system with choice between all you can eat or a la carte orders. Very good first impression, if this level is maintained it will soon become very crowded 😁. For the food and the service on the first visit I give it 5* and there will be further visits. Update: We have now been guests repeatedly and the quality of the food and friendliness of the service remain at a high level, outstanding even for an all-you-can-eat offer. There are certainly a few improvements (drinks menu or, even better, ordering drinks via the tablet). But that's complaining at a very high level. Keep it up dear Mishi-Mishi team! Update 2: With the new software for the ordering system, you can now also order drinks with it (and yes, the price is included). The quality of the food continues to be excellent and so is the service. We are now regulars, the mishi mishi has spoiled other comparable shops in the region for us 😁.

We ordered food home - definitely not a second time. Baked duck with vegetables was identical to baked sweet and sour duck... the only difference here was a little sauce. Vegetables = sprouts sprouts and sprouts The only advantage is that food was delivered very quickly. But sure, if no one wants to eat there. Unfortunately, it was too late to read that the health department had been there several times.

We spontaneously decided to eat here and were able to book a table online in advance - that was a good start ;) When we got there we were greeted warmly and the ordering process was explained to us using a tablet. The food was delicious, always freshly prepared and came to the table within 5-8 minutes of ordering. All in all, highly recommended 👌🏽

Great Atmosphere - Food has nothing to do with real Japanese cuisine. I have been in Japan several times and of course you can’t expect that level of hospitality outside Japan, but this place has nothing to do with authentic Japanese cuisine. A Japanese would be ashamed to be honest. It’s more like a cheap Chinese style interpretation of trying to. Definitely not worth the price and unfortunately not recommended at all.

We haven't been there for a long time and a lot has changed, unfortunately for the worse. This tray describes normal portions, but we got very small ones, especially when it comes to ice cream. Of the spices, only soy is on the table, everything else you have to ask for, which is strange, that's usually part of every serving. And what was amazing were the children who drove around in the children's car in the Sal, you couldn't hear your own voice over the noise. Totally unacceptable! After all, we wanted to go out for a nice meal on Sunday and not go to kindergarten. So, conclusion - we definitely won't be showing up there again.

The food was very tasty and the atmosphere was also appealing. What we didn't like was the unfriendliness of the waitresses. If it were possible, they would have thrown our plates on the table. It is absolutely understandable that things have to happen quickly. But a minimum level of friendliness shouldn't be too much to ask for. Only the lady who brought us to the pitch at the beginning and collected the money at the end was very friendly. Unfortunately, we often received food that we hadn't ordered. This could also be traced in the system. A brief inquiry was harshly rejected: “Yes, that’s how it was ordered.” Well, the food was still good and fresh.

Ich war am Freitag dort und habe mir die gebratene Ente bestellt. Sie war leider ungenießbar, da sie extrem trocken und verbrannt war. Als ich diese zurückgehen lassen wollte, hat die Bedienung dies nicht akzeptieren wollen mit dem Kommentar „einige Leute mögen dies so“. Ich möchte keine verbrannten Lebensmittel essen. Die Bedienung wollte zunächst, dass wir für das Zurückgeben der Ente Aufpreis zahlen, was wir für verbrannte Lebensmittel natürlich nicht gemacht haben. Ich gehe eigentlich sehr gerne dort essen, aber dieses Verhalten hat mich abgeschreckt.

Ich gehe seit der Eröffnung vor einigen Jahren regelmäßig in dieses inhabergeführte schöne Restaurant sowohl mittags als auch abends.Ich bin immer mehr als zufrieden-mein absolutes Lieblingsrestaurant!! Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar-die Speisen immer frisch und von hervorragender Qualität. Die Mitarbeiter immer herzlich und freundlich. Kurzum einfach TOP und uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!!!!!

Wir besuchen Mishi Mishi regelmäßig, und jedes Mal werden wir aufs Neue von der erstklassigen Erfahrung begeistert. Das Essen ist einfach vorzüglich, mit einer breiten Auswahl an delikaten Gerichten, die jeden Gaumen erfreuen. Der Service ist herausragend; das Personal ist aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Das Ambiente ist perfekt, eine gelungene Mischung aus Eleganz und Gemütlichkeit. Wir können Mishi Mishi nur wärmstens empfehlen, ein Ort, an den wir immer wieder gerne zurückkehren!

It was a really sumptuous lunch. You can enjoy varieties of Japanese cuisine which just costs €15.90 per person but I guess it’s different price for dinner. The staff were very quick and efficient. The restaurant was neat and tidy.

Sehr modern eingerichtetes Restaurant, untypisch für einen Asiaten. Bestellung per Tablet. Leider war der Empfang sehr unfreundlich und die Bedienung war auch sehr unfreundlich. Es gab keine Begrüßung und das Essen wurde schweigsam und lustlos auf den Tisch gestellt bzw. im Vorbeigehen hingestellt. Wenn es möglich gewesen wäre, hätte sie es hingeschmissen. Das Essen war geschmacklich gut.

Ich war skeptisch,ich gebe es zu.aber ich bin positiv überrascht worden,das Essen sehr sehr lecker,haben uns quasi durchprobiert von allem ein wenig bestellt,mega gut. Haben allerdings allyoucaneat bestellt.da zahlt man 30eu ca u kann essen wie viel man will. Es gibt auch die Möglichkeit "normal" zu bestellen, allerdings eine kleinere Karte. Der Service war super,sie mussten uns das Prinzip erklären u waren freundlich auch bei "mehr"fragen. Ambiente top,freue mich auf das nächste Mal

Super toll zum zusammen sitzen.Man bekommt immer einen Platz und auch wenn der Laden voll ist, kann man sich gut unterhalten. Der Service ist jederzeit unterwegs und zur Stelle, die Bestellung per Tablet funktioniert einwandfrei. Es gibt eine große Essensauswahl, alles ist frisch und super lecker. Wir kommen jederzeit wieder :)

Ich bin hier öfters Kunde und bin Geschmacklich auch nie enttäuscht worden. Allerdings war ich nach meinem letzten Besuch doch enttäuscht. Der Service war sehr gereitzt, obwohl das Lokal nicht voll war und eigentlich eine ruhige Atmosphäre herrschte. Nachdem wir zu unserem Sushi nach Wasabi und Ingwer gefragt haben, haben wir nur diese zwei Tüten auf den Tisch geworfen bekommen... Erinnert sehr an die Tüten im Sushi aus dem Supermarkt... Bei einem Abendessen, dass mit Getränken inzwischen fast 70€ kostet erwarte ich entweder "frischen" Ingwer oder zumindest einen "schön" angerichteten aber keine abgepackten Tüten für den Preis... Früher war die Qualität in dieser Hinsicht höher

Mein Dank geht an das Gesundheitsamt Rastatt. Nach meinem Besuch hier Ende April hatte ich 4 Wochen lang üble Verdauungsprobleme. Dachte zuerst an Darmkrebs, aber dann las ich, dass das Wischi-Waschi es zum dritten Mal in die Ekel-Top-10 geschafft hat. Es lag doch nicht an mir. Geht mir jetzt auch wieder besser. Welche Erleichterung! 😅

Ich kenne nur das Sushi, aber dieses ist einfach super. Bis jetzt immer nur per Lieferung nach Hause.

Das Restaurant ist klasse und die Sushi sind sehr gut. Mit der ausreichenden Speisenauswahl sind wir auch mit Gästen zufrieden.

Bestes all you can eat Sushi & Asiate den ich kenne. Ich fahre oft vom Kreis Herxheim bei Landau dorthin weil es nichts vergleichbares gibt. Mittagsmenü ist unschlagbar vom Preis, das Essen ist immer sehr lecker, heiß, frisch. Absolut empfehlenswert! Was ich besonders schätze sind die großen Tee Kannen und Sushi Auswahl, vor allem nicht nur roher Fisch e.c. sondern gebacken\gebraten lachs\garnele...

Die Idee mit dem Tablets ist Mega, kannst gemütlich sitzen bleiben und jede 5 Minuten eine Bestellung mit 5 verschiedenen Gerichten aufgeben. Das Essen bekommst du relativ schnell, kommt aber drauf an wie viele Kunden im Restaurant sind. Die Portionen sind klein aber das ist in Ordnung, weil man von allem etwas essen und probieren kann. Falls man mehr von der jeweiligen Portion haben möchte kann man einfach nach 5 Minuten noch einmal bestellen. Sollte man mal ausprobiert haben. 👍🏼

Viele eigene Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür, nettes Ambiente ohne kitschig zu wirken. Freundlicher Service, man bestellt über iPads an den Tischen und die Getränke wie Speisen werden an den Tisch gebracht - das ist ganz lustig, aber vielleicht etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig für manchen. Es gibt verschiedene Sushi und gegrillte Speisen, die Qualität passt. Vegetarier werden auch fündig.

Die Sommerkarte ist leider deutlich kleiner geworden, deshalb 1 Stern Abzug, aber immer noch gutes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis!

Hands down eines der besten All you can eat Sushi Restaurants in der Region. Das Sushi schmeckt frisch, die Qualität war hochwertig. Auch die gekochten und frittierten Speisen waren sehr lecker. Negativ ist nach dem ganzen Essen eigentlich nur der sehr volle Magen. Die Geschwindigkeit, in welcher die Gerichte serviert wurden, war trotz vollem Restaurant mehr als akzeptabel. Auch die Auswahl auf der Karte war groß genug (s. Bilder). Komme auf jeden Fall wieder. Das Restaurant ist barrierefrei. Hunde erlaubt.

Sehr gutes Essen, schneller Service und bei den Preisen kann man überhaupt nicht meckern. Gerne wieder!

Mehr als 5 Sterne verdient. Das Restaurant ist sehr sauber, die Ambiente sehr modern und freundlich gestaltet. Personal total angenehm freundlich. Man kann hier mit einem Tablett bestellen. Die Qualität ist herausragend. Ich gehe oft Sushi essen und hier war mit Abstand die beste Qualität. Also wir kommen definitiv wieder!!!
