Today I have to give a review.. I got two Dürüm today as usual and realized that it is no longer the same as usual.. less meat and less salad but it is getting more expensive.. so the Dürüm is no longer worth the money value...

Ordered double cheeseburger and mentioned several times that it should be without mustard and without vegetables. Despite this, this was made with vegetables. When we went back to the counter and asked for a completely new one (1. not touched), the colleague took the Burger Kratz half down and served the vegetables to us again. In the meantime, while we were collecting and preparing food, we obviously didn't think about washing our hands. Awesome €4.29 for a burger that we can't eat now because of allergies. Employees only half listen or not at all. Instead of running to each other with your concerns, people shout across the store. You don't feel welcome here as a guest.

Mc Drive! Sorry, I haven't experienced that in my almost 50 years 🤮. Big Tasty Bacon - Bun hasn't been on the grill? Bacon hard! Everything cold! The Mc Rib,..uff, a piece of onion, a piece of cucumber, not enough sauce and also cold! For that money...never again 😉. I'm not going to describe the Hamburger Royal Cheese...you can imagine.
