This is probably the 10th time I've picked up food here, and I've always been happy. Today, something wasn't quite right. However, the owner immediately took action and dealt with me in a very friendly and understanding manner. The food itself is always delicious, and as mentioned above, all the employees are always very friendly.

Over the last few months I have repeatedly overlooked the fact that an item was missing from the order - they are often overwhelmed. I never complained about this, we were always too far from the restaurant! Today, however, despite my friendliness, I was approached in a very, very unfriendly manner. Since the payment window was closed, I drove to the second window in McDrive and paid there. As a result, the toy was forgotten in the Happy Meal. When the complaint was made, people insulted me and accused me of fraudulent intentions. Sure, you have a bad day sometimes, but that was really too much for me. I'm now avoiding Meißen and prefer to go to Dresden!

Ordered food and never arrived. I called and he wanted to deliver it after 2 hours. (It wasn't delivered because it rained lightly)
