05/26/25 Update! I was the only one ordering today, but according to the receipt, my order (mixed, for around €20) arrived at my table in just 4 minutes! Two weeks ago, it didn't take too long either. It would be nice if it stayed that way. Then I'll happily upgrade my rating. Old review: I've been going there every few weeks since it opened because my son loves chili cheese nuggets (currently not available at the competition). I was there again today. Unfortunately, I've reached the limit of what I can tolerate. Today there was (presumably) a homeless person in the restaurant. I have nothing against homeless people, but he smelled so bad that all the other customers sat in the other half. He looked the part (dirty clothes, dirty skin, greasy hair, holes in his clothes, and 3 cm long fingernails). Even my little daughter told me how stinky the place is. It was an insult to the customers! He didn't even eat or drink anything; he just sat there talking to himself. He left for 10 minutes once and then came back in. The staff was abysmally bad. On top of that, I've had to wait extremely long times before. A few weeks ago, it was just a family (4 people) and me there, no cars outside. I had to wait 25 minutes for my takeaway. The family had ordered after me and got it before me. Mine was just a couple of burgers, nothing major. Today I waited 10 minutes for two crispy chicken burgers (a follow-up order). Only one other table was occupied, but they already had their food. The staff is friendly, hence the 2 stars.
