Update, 12/27/24 No improvement in sight. Again only 1/1 cast. It's the holidays, people want to spend money. Order not taken after 10 minutes waiting at the counter. Counter customers also have to be patient. MA Küchen is going crazy, colleague Counter is trying to calm him down. People in the restaurant are also still waiting for their food. Bad management. Where is the manager. BURGER KING Germany seems to have zero interest.

Unfortunately, difficult opening hours... We've often stood in front of the closed door... Order management doesn't seem to be the best... No big pattys there, no T-shirts there that are advertised big, no tartar sauce there... “Cash payment is only possible “appropriately”... We certainly didn't understand the meaning behind it... Of course, sometimes something runs out, so you don't complain about it... Unfortunately, this is the only place where you can't have a positive experience after several attempts... Too bad

Slow, slower, slowest and from that the increase. Nothing fast food restaurant...it's a waiting room!!

Tables dirty, trays dirty with old mayo 🤢 Food itself is ok but since everything is so dirty it's a shame. Staff unfriendly, ice cream machine doesn't work either. Of course the refill station doesn't work either. I really tried to give bürgerking a chance in Beenburg, but I'd rather take the 30 minute journey to Aschersleben. Sad I didn't want to rate it publicly but you don't get a receipt from the staff 😡, no wonder it's so empty here and macces as neighbors is completely overrun.

The food is actually always okay. But waiting 14 minutes until I can order at the drive-thru and only getting my food after a total of 30 minutes is not fast food. You can't even blame the staff. A young woman was solely responsible for the drive-in and counter. That's exploitation. There were, if any, two people in the kitchen. Management urgently needs to do something here.

The worst Burger King branch you've ever seen. Opening hours are arbitrary... even though it's open regularly, there are no staff in the store three hours before without justification. Not even any information why is visible or any information at all. You just stand in front of closed doors. The staff is unfriendly and rude. Ex? Gladly..ordered Cola zero..got the normal one..asked the staff about it...after blaming the customers, they made a new one. But instead of 0.5l I only got 0.4 with ice because I had to remake it. After paying, the staff realizes that they no longer have the items they ordered. Absolutely the worst restaurant...stay away...go to Könnern or Aschersleben. The journey is worth it

During operation, the employees seem overwhelmed and work clothing is apparently no longer needed, be it a cap or a beard net. You never get a shake or ice cream because the machine is always broken and there is nothing else for children

You often find yourself standing in front of a closed door during opening hours or waiting in vain at the drive-in. If you don't feel like it, close the shop.

The BK is a disaster and I will never visit again. After placing my order in the drive-in, I had to wait half an hour to be told by these incompetent staff that my order had not been accepted and that I should queue again

No play area for children inside. The food has always been good, the fries sometimes aren't entirely fresh, but they're ok. Staff always ok but it was never busy when we were there.

Friendly appearance. (Cashier Ms. Rogau) Food is always delicious. This time I had a Bacon King. We recommend.

We wanted to eat there around 2 p.m. today, the door was open, no staff in sight. There was a “sold out” sign on the counter. I've never experienced anything so strange.

Incomprehensible… Last visit there. Went there on a Sunday around 7:30 p.m. and were sent away because it was already closed. When asked again, people became upset about the working conditions. No justification for us! We're going to McDonald's now... Never again!

Not recommended, burgers only mediocre compared to other BK branches, didn't taste completely fresh. Fries are a bit old. We also ordered two menus with coupons worth over €10 each and got small fries instead of large ones twice. However, we only noticed it when we were too far away to complain about it.

Please close this branch! The service is super unfriendly, they never seem to want to work. I've never experienced the food fresh there. The fries were like they had been warmed up again and the burger buns were like they were from the day before. In the future we will take the detour and prefer to drive to Könnern.

Employees are friendly, no long waiting times. Bernburg has a small Burger King for those who are used to large restaurants. You may feel restricted here. We like going there.

Incredibly bad... there's no more meat on Sundays😂 no card payment possible and if you complain you have to be careful not to get bullied by the guys on the intercom. I preferred to go away with my 3 year old son. Unbelievable… it was my last visit there…

Were here for the first time, best Burger King we've ever been to. Super fresh burgers, just like in the advertisement. Taste was so good and the staff was super friendly and casual. We'll be back and will make the journey from Magdeburg for that too.

The best BK in Germany, at least for us. Already seen several from the inside. Fresh food, properly topped, reasonable sauce on top. German employees that you also understand. Clean shop, clean tables and important: clean toilets. We come here regularly to eat.

We have often been to the BK in BBG when we are with our parents. And it was always clean and the staff were very friendly. The food is fresh and legger. Always happy ☺️

Although there is no ordering panel here, the tables are clean and the staff is very friendly and offers good table service. If you like burgers, go to King and not to DreckDonald.

So the food was delicious, but this employee was very unmotivated, there were 2 people with children and I and my husband, the break apparently had more priority than the few people we had, the child stood in front of the counter for 10 minutes and wanted to order an ice cream, the cigarette break was definitely more important. It's a shame because Bürger King already has such a stupid reputation. I would definitely choose better staff, I work in the restaurant myself and that wasn't possible at all, she certainly had enough time for her break, there was nothing going on there at least take care of the few people or at least be more attentive.

Very dirty and unmotivated staff. Took quite a long time. Furniture is uncomfortable. and tightly placed. Unfortunately not a nice stay.

Clearly not recommended and customers are already reacting clearly: Hardly more than 4 cars made it to the BK in an exposed location within 30 minutes (!) of pure waiting time. At the remote Mäces, where I drove past immediately afterwards, the parking lot and drive-in were bursting at the seams. The opening times from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. (BK) vs. 9 a.m. to 12 a.m. (McD) also speak volumes. It is strongly recommended that the chain check all processes there!

Bei den Chilli Cheese Fries wird mit Käse sehr gespart. Wird immer weniger. Esse die eigentlich sehr gerne. Werde mir das demächst aber 2 mal überlegen. Essen kommt auch sehr oft nicht komplett an. Kommt immer weniger als bestellt. Sehr schade.

Wir wurden von einer sehr aufmerksamen und freundlichen Mitarbeiterin bedient. Das Essen wurde in unter 5 Minuten zubereitet und schmeckte sehr lecker. Die Filiale war sehr aufgeräumt und sauber. Sehr gerne wieder.🙂

Seit langem mal wieder ein BK Lokal besucht und wurden ziemlich enttäuscht. Der Laden selbst ist sehr ordentlich und sauber und wirkt einladend. Allerdings war die Bedienung sehr lustlos und kam regelrecht genervt von Kundschaft rüber. Des Weiteren gab es die Standard Burger so wie man sie kennt alle NICHT - waren ausverkauft. Außerdem war die Milchshake Maschine mal wieder defekt, aber des kennt man auch von anderen Restaurants der Kette. Dennoch alles sehr enttäuschend. Dann doch lieber zur Konkurrenz.

Ich bin immer zufrieden mit dem Burger King. Das Essen wird stets frisch zubereitet, schmeckt sehr lecker, es ist tadellos sauber und das Personal ist freundlich.

Die Hälfte der Produkte waren ausverkauft, quasi habe ich nichts von dem bekommen was ich haben wollte...das habe ich in 30 Jahen BK noch nicht erlebt......das gleiche gilt für die Toilette.....das Männer Klo war so trekking', dass wurde Tage lang nicht sauber gemacht ......es war nicht los, die Mitarbeiter standen nur rum , da kann sich doch mal jemand einen Lappen nehmen......ich werde in diesen Store nicht noch einmal gehen

Freundlicher Mitarbeiter, schnell zubereitete Speisen waren sehr lecker. Gerne wieder!

Das einzige positive ist das das Essen warm und frisch war. 2 Leute vom Personal nur da obwohl es gut gefühlt war. Getränke war waren einfach nur warm und ohne Worte. Der Milchshake war so flüssig wie Wasser, die Cola warm und ohne Kohlensäure, die hat geschmeckt wie abgestanden. Haben es leider über Drive in geholt und unterwegs erst bemerkt. Sonst hätte ich mein Geld zurück verlangt .

Wir sind eigentliche Mcs-Gänger, uns hat es kürzlich hier her verschlagen und wir sind so begeistert, es geht unglaublich schnell, der Burger schmeckt knusprig und frisch und sieht gut aus, die Mitarbeiter unglaublich freundlich, das hab ich in meinem ganzen Leben bei MCs so nie erlebt... absolute Empfehlung

Burger King Bernburg, wird von jeden zu jeden besuch besser! Meine Produkte sind sehr Frisch Getränke Kalt und das Personal sehr Freundlich

Viel zu wenig Personal.. Sehr viele Mitarbeiter krank .

Geschmacklich wie immer sehr gut! Die Filliale ist jedoch wirklich nicht auf dem neusten Stand und Bestellterminails fehlen. Im Gesammten Laden gab es leider auch nur 2 Mitarbeiter für ca. 15 Kunden. Ging trotzdem überraschend schnell und wirkte frisch...es geht also auch mit wenig Leuten, Respekt!

Na ja, es ist halt zweckmäßig. Essen um satt zu werden und nicht, um zu genießen.

Leider paar Probleme mit meiner Vestellung ansonsten alles super nette Arbeiter nette Bedienung saubere Tische und leckeres Essen.

An sich ein BK wie jeder andere auch. Leider noch keine Bestellterminals. Bei meinem Besuch waren die kleinen Burgerbrötchen ausverkauft, das sollte nicht passieren.

Leider kann ich meine positiven Erfahrungen nicht mehr bestätigen. Die Menüs sind im schnell durchlauf am Grill vorbei geflogen und schmecken dementsprechend nur nach Pappe. Heute gibt's nur 1⭐️

Bedienung wusste mit Payback nichts anzufangen und die Bonrolle war leer, trotzdem kam der Burger schnell und sie war auch sehr freundlich.

Der Burger King ist nicht gut, mussten schon oft unsere Speisen reklamieren. Pommes waren noch roh oder es hat noch was gefehlt in der Tüte. Und die Eismaschine ist dauernd kapput. Ich war sehr enttäuscht. In andere Burger King ist es besser.
