Chic restaurant with friendly service, quite a large selection (unfortunately no "vegan" category), clean toilets and delicious kebab.

Unfriendly, overpriced, tasted ok. Hygiene... Oh well. I stood in the store and watched the gentleman lick his fingers to get a better grip on the bags and then roll the Turkish pizza without washing his hands 🤢 that's really crazy to do that so openly in front of the customer! During my previous visits I often had the impression that he got up from the table behind the house and didn't wash his hands before touching the food. You don't want to be petty, I thought, hopefully he'll have washed his hands after the last toilet... But now I've decided not to go there anymore. The portions are getting smaller and more expensive anyway, so I'd rather drive a little further to the next store!

We had two meals and four hamburgers. There was no business and the restaurant was almost empty. Nevertheless, cheeseburgers were delivered instead of hamburgers. Since he didn't like cheese, we had to go there again. It's always the same in this branch, there's little to do and yet there's always something wrong.

What happened to this branch? I ordered 2x menu at the drive in today plus a Happy Meal. At the counter to pay everything was ok. When it was handed out, initially until I opened the bag at home. The fries were too flabby and some were still raw. The Happy Meal was missing the drink, the fruit nonsense and the toy. Explain to a 5 year old why her menu is incomplete. I paid almost €40… and for what? Nowadays you really have to control everything that is given to you... (I only knew this from the competition). That's a disgrace to the customer. Where has the quality gone? And you don't need to pass this on to your employees, employees are only as good as their manager. Work on your mistakes urgently, otherwise you will lose the rest of your customers... and no nice looking branch will help.
