Received my order about 5 minutes after paying. Everything was right. The deduction is for the prices, which are now quite high, but the staff can't help it.

A big letdown... 2.5 hours of waiting for two sandwiches... a mockery. The staff's explanation? We don't have enough people....shut off the deliveries and stop pissing people off and making them hope they'll eat. Is it that hard?!
