It's actually a) the service and b) the absolutely drinkable coffee. Service is more than important to me. This includes friendliness, communication with customers and also keeping the “store” clean. And I had very good experiences in this branch. If I get an espresso with a please and a smile and a "may I help you...", that's always a 5Star. And it also raises the rating of the ambience because the service doesn't meet the target with a practiced smile, but I was convinced by the employees who quickly and unobtrusively cleared away the waste that still accumulates in such restaurants.
