Ordered this evening with an approximate delivery time of 45 minutes. After waiting for a little over an hour, we wanted to call to find out what the status of our order was. Unfortunately no one answered. We tried to reach someone by phone several times, unfortunately in vain. Two hours later the order still hadn't arrived, we couldn't reach anyone by phone and didn't receive any response by email. Never again!

The service staff was really nice, the employees were in a great mood and the food was also very good for Burger King! The EC device hasn't been working for weeks, which is why I'm thinking about going somewhere else next time. I really like the restaurant and it's a shame that it fails because of something like this.
