Ladies and Gentlemen I would like to share with you my feedback on my last visit to McDrive, which was unfortunately very disappointing today. I waited in McDrive for over 30 minutes to receive my order. To my surprise there was no drink on the house even though I had a long stay at the time. Additionally, my burger was cold, which further deteriorated the experience. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the only response I received from an employee was that I "had to accept it." This is unacceptable to me and does not reflect the quality of service I have come to expect from McDonald's. For these reasons I would like to request a refund of my payment. I have decided not to order from you again in the future. I hope that you will take my feedback seriously and take the necessary measures to avoid such experiences in the future. Best regards,

Food was okay as McDonald’s food goes, but I had to wait more than 20 minutes between ordering and receiving my takeaway. If you need to go there, use the drive-in if possible.

After a long absence, I wanted to try it again... whether it was because of this place or McD in general... I should have left it!
