The service at the coffee/snack sale is absolutely disgraceful. She yells at her colleagues while customers wait and when she points out that she wants to order something, she tells them to be patient. Instead of serving the two customers who are waiting in line quickly and then making their announcement. Absolutely disgraceful.

Short addendum because I'm just reading the other reviews... I was also insulted when I left. I understood it and didn't respond to it, but I thought I'd mention it here because others probably felt the same way. I ordered in the app, which was quite time-consuming and annoying (because the app is so stupid and doesn't tell you that you can't buy this or that product here, but you only notice it later when the payment button is inactive and was at the cash register to pay. After 20 minutes I spoke to your employee because he ignored me and he encouraged me to please order at the terminal. 1. Can't you tell a customer straight away that this is the only option? 2. And do you employees know that I don't have the same options at the terminal as I do with the app. And he was unfriendly too. I ate next door now. Order canceled. World Congress, billions in sales but so poorly organized. And by the way, the same people are still standing there waiting for their food. I've already eaten + time to write this review. That's how long they've been waiting. Anyone can complain themselves. And while I'm at it. Why do you actually offer personalized products if that doesn't work 90% of the time? You only get standard. Or even less than what belongs on a McRib, for example.
