Yesterday we ordered our food. It arrived 2 hours late and was cold. (44 degrees, measured upon arrival) We complained to the delivery person and shortly afterwards the restaurant called us, they apologized, guaranteed us a voucher for the next order and I accepted that. Today, ordered again, arrived after 45 minutes and it was cold again. When we ordered it was said that we hadn't ordered yesterday and that this never happened. We have not received any credit.

The Burger King in Bensheim offers a pleasant experience, especially thanks to the modern drinks machine where you can enjoy a large selection of soft drinks with different flavors - a welcome change. Unfortunately, this machine was recently replaced by a rather boring one that only offers the classic types of soft drinks, which significantly limits the choice. Apart from that, the service is friendly and the food is delicious as usual. It's a shame that the innovative drink choice is no longer available.
