Overall it's perfectly fine. Unfortunately, there are hardly any real German-speaking staff on site anymore. All with foreign accents. Not a problem in itself, as long as the staff understands what you want from them. Back then, at the beginning of the branch, you got a small cola or an ice cream for while you waited. Nowadays there is nothing here for free or as a consolation. During my last visit, the ice dispenser for the drinks didn't work. Of course, this is always difficult as a visitor when you can't use the usual service but have to pay the same price. On the whole, the food is as it should be, only the branch leaves something to be desired. But it's always enough to go out to eat.
