We go there often and are always very satisfied. It's usually quick and the food is always good. Unfortunately a bit expensive, but prices are increasing everywhere. I am particularly pleased with Justin S., who is always very friendly and serves customers really well. Everyone there is really great, but Justin is simply the best!

So yesterday I was there 15 minutes before 0:00. The internet says opening times until 2 a.m., but they close at 12 a.m. because you could hear in the background that the employees weren't interested. There were others in front of me who also wanted to sit down inside like me, but that wasn't possible, eating took a long time and I forgot something. In addition, the onion rings were completely soft, the cola tasted more like water and was at room temperature, the chocolate shake only tasted like milk, only the burgers tasted good. So I don't go there anymore and I actually like Burger King because you can always refill your Coke for free and there you don't even get ice cubes with your Coke. (was empty)

The one at the counter was new but then you can't leave someone like that standing there alone, it took a long time to take the orders and cash out. The burgers weren't very tasty and also a bit cold. I'll try again when I'm hungry.

Actually minus 5 stars. 5G LTE cell phone reception in front of the entrance door. No reception in front of the terminal. Tried 2-3 times. Couldn't redeem coupons. I left again. I then left my money somewhere else.

I went today and I bought shake and churros. I got caramel for the shake and not for the churros. Additionally, after the shake was swapped for another one, my reusable cup was wiped with a cloth that smelled like toilet cleaner. I have also seen churros dropped on the floor for another person and picked up with the same hand used to prepare food for others. I probably won't go there again.

There is the classic Double Steakhouse again 👍Unfortunately it was only short-lived. The store is currently degenerating into a shabby shack. Everything is finished and no one here has heard anything about the cleaning. Endless waiting times and warm drinks. In the future, a clear no thanks!

Very friendly staff, even if it took a little longer because there was a lot going on. Everything was fresh and nice and warm, sometimes even almost too hot. You know it differently from other BurgerKing or McDonald's branches. I like coming here.

What's going on in this store is actually hard to believe! There was a woman in front of us who had been waiting for her food for 20 minutes. The employees are completely haphazard and extremely slow! The shift manager had to take all the burgers out of the bags and correct them with every order. My friends and I have been coming here for years and are always satisfied. The employees are very chilled out (especially the Schunk company, many greetings go out to the man of honor Justin) and are always there to help. Therefore I can 100% recommend this restaurant. rubber

Today, after waiting 55 minutes, no one looked through. Food cold ridiculous never again

BK fills me with advertising that I can get two Whoppers for the price of one on Tuesdays. Today, Tuesday June 25th, 2024, I was at Burger King in Haßfurt and I was refused the second Whopper on the grounds that I needed a "coupon". But that was never mentioned in the advertising. When I wanted to show the employee the offer on my smartphone, I had no cell phone reception and the local WiFi was switched off. Apparently the cell phone reception is being blocked, because there was a full rash outside the door again. Such business practices are not suitable for retaining customers. I don't like arguments when it comes to food and then I'm with the competition a few hundred meters away.

The staff were really busy but still made sure to get orders out quick

We live in Munich but we always come to Haßfurt and we always go to BK Suburb because it tastes great, is super clean and has very nice staff, which unfortunately we can't say for Munich.

Burgers are okay so far, but they could almost pass as a “sweet dish”. The ketchup is way too sweet. 🤨

Very long waiting time, but it wasn't too busy. Then we finally got the order and then over half (!!) was missing. We constantly had to go to the checkout to claim the things we ordered. The staff took care of this without any problems, which is why 2 stars and not just 1. Nevertheless, an apology in the form of an ice cream or extra fries would have been appropriate. It was bad on our last visit. The staff argued loudly among themselves. The air conditioner was set to super cold, so we had to sit there with jackets on to make it bearable. There were lots of black dots floating in the Sprite cup. Conclusion: Unfortunately, Burger King Haßfurt is getting worse from time to time. Better McDonalds then.

Went there today on the holiday around 5 p.m. First of all, a burger was missing from the order we placed at the terminal. Very unfriendly reaction when I pointed this out to the gentleman. There were no return carts in the outdoor area where we ate, but the ones in the restaurant were overflowing. For me, about 2 hours after the visit, and for my daughter a little later, severe nausea and stomach pain set in. In hindsight, I probably should have asked the staff about my observation. I always thought that the staff in the kitchen wore gloves, but apparently they take the food with their bare hands and then paw at the food. I definitely won't eat at this Burger King anymore. I've just been served...

Don’t let the beautifully renovated interior fool you. This place, all the times I come, has only ever had 2 people working at a time. They tend to ignore the guests waiting to pay at the counter, who didn’t use the computer to pay. Then often times forget to put food in the bag. This has happened so much here that I constantly watch them as they pack as well as look in the bag to ensure it is in there. Wait times can be excessive as well. With just two people working, that means only one is making the food. Meaning most of the patties and everything else has been cooked for a while and simply in the warmer. Were it not for the fact this is on the way home from work, I would go less often. But darn it I love the burgers.

I ordered a large portion of fries and medium portion of fries. And got 2 pieces of small fries. Large fries cost €3.99 I told the seller that both portions of fries were small and he said: I can't do it. 😡🤬🤬

Mediocre food as usual from Burger King. But the serving staff tops everything. Hard to beat in terms of listlessness. With 7 people in the restaurant, we had to wait over half an hour for 4 menus. Before the last person had his menu, we were informed that we could only stay for a few minutes because the restaurant would then close. Which wouldn't be a problem if we didn't have to wait 30 minutes to eat. Since we don't like to be served badly, my work colleagues and I will now avoid this restaurant in the future and instead go to the golden "M" on the other side of the street.

I had to wait over 17 minutes in the drive for food. There was no other car in front or behind me. Ordering a Whopper menu and wings overwhelmed the staff. Service is zero. I got fries cold. Definitely not again.

Date: 02/04/24, Time: 01:15 My status as a guest was so ridiculed and disregarded that I was unable to eat the €15 worth of food I ordered. I won't be bringing anything more to this location or other BK locations in general...

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, meine Erfahrung mit Burger King war äußerst enttäuschend. Die Bestellung dauerte viel länger als erwartet (über 35 Minuten), und als ich mein Essen endlich bekam, war es zudem lauwarm. Die Mitarbeiter schienen extrem desinteressiert und der Kundenservice ließ zu sehr zu wünschen übrig. Auch das Eis als Entschuldigung war ohne Dropping. Der Mindestlohn ist für die Arbeiter eindeutig zu viel, Insgesamt eine enttäuschende Erfahrung.

Essen war kalt, laden ist dreckig Nie wieder da geh ich beim nächsten mal lieber zum McDonald’s da ist das Essen wenigstens heiß…

Hallo liebe Rezessionisten, der name des Essentesters ist Sebastian Schulz aus Schonungen bei Schweinfurt, er beschrieb den Wobber als sehr schmagghafd und emfpahl diesen weiter, für mehr videos macht gerne das Plus weg. Anedde aus Zeil am Main bei Hassfurt feiert es auch, meistens wird sie nach dem Wobber vernascht.

Die Service ist gut und essen schmeckt würde ich empfehlen

Schnelle Küche. :-) Essen warm und gut. Könnte heißer aus der Küche kommen. War aber auch viel los und wenig Personal.

Sehr übel. 2 crispy chicken bks gegessen. Ganze Nacht Übelkeit und erbrechen. Hier sollte mal das Gesundheitsamt vorbei schauen.

Wird im Laufe der Jahre immer schlechter. Viel zu lange Wartezeiten und dann noch das falsche Essen. Jedes Mal ist etwas anderes. Lieber eine Ampel weiter!

Service war wirklich nicht gut kaum Augenkontakt und einen Gruß am Anfang gab es auch nicht. Als ich dann noch einen schnellen Blick in die App wagen wollte wurde nur genervt geschnauft. Ich legte mein Handy daraufhin weg und mir wurde mit einem "endlich" weiter bedient. Es handelte sich um geschätzt 10 Sekunden. Essen war wir zu erwarten. Laden eher mäßig Sauber.

Gibt halt echt ne ansprechende und große Auswahl an veggie alternativen. Aber sonst eher so lala dort. Dennoch dem McDonald's in haßfurt vorzuziehen und das sag ich als McDonald's Aktionär lol

Pommes mit Käse und Zwiebeln fand ich jetzt zu salzig aber über Geschmack lässt sich bekanntlich streiten, Portionen sind aber groß

Wir mussten sage und schreibe 28 Minuten auf unser Essen warten. Noch nie so lange in einem "Schnellrestaurant" gewartet... Es war ja noch nicht mal eine große Bestellung und los war auch nichts. Getränke füllt man ja eh selbst in die Becher. Ich hab kurz überlegt ob ich selbst hinter in die Küche gehen soll um mein Essen zuzubereiten - wäre schneller gegangen. Mit hungrigen Kindern echt kein Spaß. Aber auch deren Lautstärke konnte die Mitarbeiter nicht dazu animieren etwas schneller zu machen. Als Entschuldigung haben wir dann aber letztendlich für jeden ein Eis bekommen. Wir werden trotzdem vorerst nicht mehr dort essen.

Bester Bk in der ganzen Umgebung Sw kann da nicht mithalten!!! Mitarbeiter machen alles um Kunden vollends zufrieden zu machen da fahre ich lieber 40km fürs Essen als 10 km bei uns 😂🫱🏾‍🫲🏽

They always mess up the order somehow

Seltsame Erfahrung von meinem Mann bei der Durchfahrt. Er bestellte das Menü „King des Monat“ mit einem Gutschein aus der App. Beim Bezahlen gab ihm die Dame einen falschen Betrag (offensichtlich teurer, wen wundert!). Er hat darauf hingewiesen und sie sagt so etwas wie "aber mein Kollege hat dir größere Portionen (Frittes & Drink) gemacht, deshalb" 😅 was eine nette Geste ist, außer dass du den Leuten nicht mehr in Rechnung stellen kannst, als sie verlangt haben. Sie hatte dann eine negative Verhaltensänderung. Wir verstehen nicht, warum der Kollege unsere Bestellung geändert hat. Ich verstehe nicht, wie sich eine Servicemitarbeiterin erlauben kann, sich gegenüber einem vollkommen höflichen Kunden unhöflich zu verhalten, wenn sie diejenige ist, die im Unrecht ist! Wie auch immer, größere Portionen sind nett, aber nicht, wenn Sie versuchen, dem Kunden dafür eine Gebühr zu berechnen, wenn nichts verlangt wurde, einfache Logik.

Bin kein Fastfood Fan, bin zur Abwechslung mal wieder hin Burger war mir für den Preis zu klein. Geschmacklich okay

Chaos, keine Reihenfolge bei den Bestellungen keinen Bon erhalten und ein paar Kunden die nach mir bestellt haben, haben vor mir ihre Bestellung erhalten. Dann Teile der Bestellung wurden vergessen (an der Theke nachgefragt) der Kollege wollte das fehlende an den Tisch bringen natürlich nicht passiert dann ein drittes mal an die Theke nachgefragt und das fehlende erhalten. Muss sagen immer wenn ich dort bin ist es mein Gefühl das es schlimmer wird.

Mußten lange auf das Essen warten....👌😢als Entschädigung ein Eis 🍨 bekommen 👍🤗🍦

Mal wieder im Drive In bestellt, richtig bezahlt und komplett falsche Burger bekommen. Habe im dunklem Auto nur die Anzahl der Burger gesehen. Bezahlt habe ich die 2,99€ teuren Double Chilli Cheese und bekommen die 1,99€ Chicken Nuggetsburger! Aufpassen!!!

Durchschnittlicher BK am Stadtrand von Haßfurt. Ich musste nach meiner Bestellung ne Weile warten, Essen wurde an den Tisch gebracht und war frisch und warm. Geschmacklich wie man es eben kennt; nichts weltbewegendes. Für den schnellen Hunger zwischendurch passt es. Die Servicemitarbeiterin war sehr nett und bemüht; das ganze Restaurant wirkte allerdings etwas trostlos und nicht wirklich sauber und gemütlich. Schade

Immer gut und frisch nur wird leider beim Drive öfters etwas vergessen. Ist glaube ich so eine BK-Krankheit.

Da man in Bamberg bei Burger King nicht bedient wird essen ich nur noch in Haßfurt

Burgers zijn eel beter dan de rest van die vastfood vreet schuuren maar het blijft behelpen en niet mijn eerste keuze.
